As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the trusted partner our Members rely on. You’ll research and resolve member inquiries regarding existing policies through multiple channels—including phone, e-mail, mail, and in person—while providing timely, professional, and empathetic support. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by accurately addressing inquiries across phone, email, mail, and in-person channels.
- Efficiently navigate multiple systems—including Outlook, CRM/Salesforce, policy administration platforms, imaging systems, call center tools, calculators, and illustration systems—to resolve member needs.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of the full life cycle of Life and Annuity products, such as Billing & Collections, Distributions, and In-force processes.
- Counsel and assist Members with policies at risk of lapse or termination; oversee reinstatements and handle all contract-related activities and in-force illustrations.
- Proactively reach out regarding address changes, billing matters, and statement notices.
- Educate Members and their families on military benefits and Navy Mutual products; refer potential sales opportunities to appropriate representatives.

Qualifications

POSITION OBJECTIVE
The Senior Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing food and beverage dining outlets within the hotel. This role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction and luxury service standards.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Supervise and manage F&B outlets and operations ensuring quality, service and luxury standards.
- Monitor and ensure availability of staffing levels, supplies, and equipment are up to standard for both guest and service professional’s safety.
- Support and lead additional F&B Managers and F&B service teams in delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ensures a “positive atmosphere” in all outlets including making contact with guests and Service Professionals throughout each shift
- Ensure coverage and monitor scheduling and making necessary adjustments in the best interest of the company or under the leadership of the Director of F&B.
- Create scheduling, be ready to represent the department in payroll meeting
- Attend and lead all pre-shift lineups and conduct ongoing training to ensure that service professionals continue to improve their performance, knowledge of product offerings throughout the hotel and other departments

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Position Description:
The Operations & Engagement Coordinator provides support for a boutique health policy consulting firm, with an emphasis on providing policy, business strategy, and engagement solutions to clients including some of the country’s top health plans, provider organizations, industry coalitions, and innovators. The Operations & Engagement Coordinator will specifically support daily one of the firms’ partner clients, the National Partnership for Healthcare and Hospice Innovation (NPHI), the national organization representing not-for-profit hospice programs across the nation supports. The Operations & Engagement Coordinator directly supports NPHI’s senior leadership team and other leaders as directed. The ability to multitask, stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced work environment are core requirements of the position. This position is full-time and reports to the NPHI Vice President of Member Engagement & Programs. The NPHI office is located in Washington, D.C., and the position can be primarily remote with approval and strong results. The role includes occasional travel.
Compensation:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Deputy Director of Healthcare Solutions is responsible for the planning and execution of revisions to or development of new AACAP clinical practice tools including the CALOCUS-CASII and the ECSII. AACAP’s clinical practice tools are service intensity determination tools that guide providers and payers in determining the appropriate amount and types of mental health services and supports to address a pediatric patient’s needs at a given point in time. This position is responsible for implementing a business strategy, including product development, marketing, and performance measurement, to deploy new and/or revised AACAP service intensity instruments and related clinical practice products. The Deputy Director of Healthcare Solutions supports this work by providing project management support, data analysis and reporting and by engaging AACAP member experts and external consultants in product development, marketing, and distribution.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
Compensation is determined based on a number of factors including qualifications and experience. The starting salary for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 with bonus eligibility. This position is considered full-time and is eligible to participate in employer-sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, vision, flex, disability, life/ADD, as well as optional supplemental life/ADD coverage. AACAP also provides paid time off, paid parental leave, and a very generous retirement plan contribution.

As a Solution Manager for Registration, you will play a pivotal role in supporting solution teams by overseeing administrative functions, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless logistical and programmatic operations. 5-8 years of experience providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to solution teams.
Experience facilitating collaboration between multiple stakeholder groups, such as client governance bodies, process reengineering teams, system vendors, and local site teams.
Demonstrated ability to support informaticists with strategic planning, administrative support, and documentation.
Experience supporting solution experts and solution advisors in translating functional requirements.
