The District Sales Manager is responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores) including, sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
Duties also include the construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
Key Responsibilities: Machine Setup: Prepare extrusion machines by selecting and installing the appropriate dies, configuring controls, and adjusting temperatures and pressures according to job specifications.
Operation Monitoring: Continuously monitor the extrusion process to ensure materials are shaped correctly and meet specifications.
Adjust controls as necessary to maintain quality and consistency.
Quality Control: Inspect extruded products for defects and make adjustments to machine settings to ensure high-quality standards are met.
Routine Maintenace: Perform regular maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and conducting minor repairs on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity, Record Keeping: Maintain accurate record of production data, machine settings, and maintenace activities for performance tracking and troubleshooting.
