- Ensure hotel entrance, reception and other public areas are properly maintained in regards to cleanliness and appearance.
- Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program.
- Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.

The Supervisor, Referrals is a customer-service and leadership-focused position working directly with patients and their families, insurance representatives, doctors and other medical personnel in a dynamic and professional environment to provide the highest level of quality healthcare to all patients. The Supervisor, Referrals will oversee a team of centralized care (referral) coordinators.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides extraordinary customer service to all internal and external customers (including patients and other ChenMed team members) always. Establishes and maintains relationships with identified service providers.
- Conducts all activities as outlined in the job description for Care Coordinator. Provides coverage for Care Coordinators when they are on paid time off or call out.
- Supervises centralized care coordinators in their day to day activities. Ensures the completeness and accuracy of all tasks. Assists coordinators with complicated referrals.

Requirements:
The Assistant Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The Assistant Manager works with his/her General Manager to set the restaurant's goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
To meet restaurant goals, the Assistant Manager leads a team of Department Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Department Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their Departments. Stabilization and transfer: As per 38 USC 1784A, when ED patients require a level of care higher than can be reasonably provided within the capabilities of the VAMC, the contractor's physicians shall provide appropriate stabilization prior to, or in concert with, transfer to a medical facility able to provide the level of care required.
Inpatient Admissions: Contractors physician (s) shall review all admissions to inpatient hospital care recommended by Mid-level (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) provider.
Every admission to inpatient care shall have a person-to-person hand-off/hand-over from the admitting Provider to a responsible member of the admitting team.
Consultation and Referral Responsibilities: Contractors physician (s) shall provide consultation with and instruction to referring physicians regarding appropriate indications for procedures so that the most expeditious and clinically appropriate work-up can be done.
Contractors physician (s) shall determine the appropriate course of treatment and communicate in person or by phone with the referring clinicians.
Contractors physician (s) shall initiate appropriate social work referrals for all identified homeless veterans and for patients who do not have primary care providers, but who appear regularly in the ED.
Orthopedic devices: Contractors physician (s) shall apply, or directly supervise the correct application of, orthopedic devices such as splints and braces to stabilize orthopedic injuries.
Medications: Contractors physician (s) shall follow all established medication policies and procedures.
No sample medications shall be provided to patients.
Discharge education: Contractors physician (s) shall provide discharge education and follow up instructions that are coordinated with the next care setting for all emergency department patients.
