This is a non-obstetric role dedicated to comprehensive gynecologic care, including in-office procedures such as colposcopy and endometrial biopsy, as well as advanced minimally invasive surgeries like hysterectomy, myomectomy, ablation, and sling procedures. We are seeking a physician who can step into a well-established gynecology practice with strong referral patterns for robust surgical practice. - Hospice patient identification, follow-up, and management in the hospital
- Manage Hospice referrals for assigned area, which may come from several sources including but not limited to: Hospitals, Discharge Planners, Physicians
- Work closely with the insurance department
- Review charts to determine eligibility for program(s)
- Determine Hospice level of care needs for each referral
