Requirements: Board Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (preferred but not required).

State License: Must hold a current and unrestricted California medical license.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required).

Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (Preferred).

DEA: Must have an active DEA certificate.

Experience: At least 6 months of recent outpatient Family Medicine primary care experience is required.

Charting Experience: Experience with Epic EMR is strongly preferred.

Additional Job Details: Support Staff: Full support staff available, including practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, and patient care associates.

The physician will not be required to supervise any staff.

Credentialing: The credentialing process is expected to take 4-6 weeks.

Contract Length: Ongoing with potential for extension.

Vaccination Requirements: Optional, not mandatory.
