Job Expectations:

Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own iHerb's AI enablement roadmap, aligned with company OKRs and long-term growth strategy.
  • Partner with the CTO and senior leadership to embed AI into iHerb's operating model, from supply chain and logistics to personalization and customer service.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and vendor partnerships across the organization.
  • Stay ahead of the AI landscape — identifying emerging technologies, risks, and opportunities relevant to global e-commerce and health & wellness.


Enablement & Adoption

  • Build and lead an AI Enablement function that equips teams across iHerb to effectively use AI in their daily workflows.

Execution & Delivery

  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases with measurable ROI across business units.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure AI adoption, productivity gains, and business impact across the organization.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree is required.
  • You must be licensed to practice in the State of California.
  • The ideal candidate should have 1 + years of transportation litigation experience.
  • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.
  • Time management skills and ability to manage and meet deadlines is required.
  • Experience handling discovery for complex matters, with substantial knowledge of evidentiary objections in responding to discovery.

About the Role

Manning Kass is seeking an Insurance Defense Attorney to join one of our California offices in a hybrid remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with clients, businesses and legal teams. Associates work closely with lead attorneys daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation to discovery through trial —focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals.
