Position Overview
This role sits within the firm’s Originations group and will play a critical part in supporting the underwriting, structuring, and execution of new loan investments. The successful candidate will be involved throughout the full deal lifecycle, from initial screening and underwriting through due diligence, documentation, and closing.
This is an investment-focused position offering exposure to transaction structuring, credit analysis, and direct borrower interaction within an active and growing private credit platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite and close high yield real estate debt investments including pre-development land loans, bridge loans, and construction loans across all asset classes
- Interface with potential borrowers and clients to screen, negotiate and structure new opportunities
- Collect, analyze, summarize, and organize all diligence materials provided on multiple transactions simultaneously, including entity documents, 3rd party reports, financials, title, entity/property searches, and construction review
- Oversee and coordinate the due diligence of each transaction including credit underwriting, analysis of third-party reports, and oversight of transaction structuring and documentation
- Work closely with outside legal counsel to negotiate and structure term sheets, loan documents, and other applicable legal documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related discipline
- Approximately 1–2 years of relevant real estate experience
- Exposure to underwriting and structuring debt or equity investments and demonstrate strong financial modeling capabilities.

The Pharmacy Technician performs department administrative functions that do not require the Pharmacy Managers judgment. Responsible for the administrative and clerical support directly involved with the day-to-day operations of the multiple programs performed by the department. - Makes outbound calls to pharmacies and prescribers to resolve prescription issues such as medication requires Prior Authorization, assist retail/mail order pharmacies in resolving third party rejections, and reviewing daily rejections while ensuring we are CMS compliant.
- Interacts with internal plan departments to address pharmacy related issues.
- Works closely with compliance department to make sure Pharmacy Programs meet the criteria established by CMS.
- Ensures all HMO’s members information is kept confidential according to HIPAA.

Job Requirements:
- Required: Minimum 1 year customer experience.

- Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications.
- They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line. The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
- The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and other ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
