Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our amazing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with expertise in civil concrete repair, highway/airfield work, and long-term capital improvement projects.
Reporting directly to ownership, this individual will estimate, manage, and oversee concrete repair projects from bid preparation through closeout—ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards. This position is pivotal as the organization transitions to its third generation of leadership and pursues accelerated growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate take-offs, cost estimates, scopes of work, and proposals for highway, airfield, and commercial concrete repair projects.
- Review plans, job specifications, and perform computer-based quantity take-offs.
- Manage awarded projects through scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
- Ensure projects meet company standards for timeliness, profitability, and quality.
- Oversee documentation, reporting, and project controls from start to finish.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and agency partners.
- Support field teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant project execution.
- Wear multiple hats as needed in a collaborative, cross-trained team environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of estimating and project management experience in concrete repair, civil construction, or similar fields.
- Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and technical documents.

SUMMARY:
Daylight is currently looking for a Safety and Compliance Administrator that will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Safety Department. The candidate for this role will be responsible for daily activities involving recordkeeping and qualifications as required by state and federal agencies, including but not limited to, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Health and Safety Administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create and maintain compliance records including but not limited to, DOT related files, rosters, accident register, hours of service logs, maintenance files and truck/vendor rosters.

· Provides support to the leadership team on incident reporting requirements and ensures all incidents, accidents, and injuries are added to the appropriate incident management database.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance and Food Safety Specialist supports the Quality Assurance Team in ensuring that Heritage Grocers complies with all requirements of Regulatory Agencies for health, food safety, and quality. Ensuring food safety processes are followed in accordance with FDA regulations and verifying Food Safety activities. He/she assists the QA Director in manufacturing specification control documents; investigates, collects data, and implements solutions to quality issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- May perform checks of production operations, including, but not limited to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMPs), packaging weights, labelling information & coding, Food Safety (HACCP), SOPs, record keeping, and general sanitation & housekeeping.
- Assist the QA team with recalls, evaluate the impact, and conduct company follow-up.
- Support stores to have all the necessary equipment to meet the Hazardous Communication Program.

- Follow up management for required food handlers/food managers certification for all business units as needed.
- Assists in manufacturing facilities as needed to inspect finished goods in compliance with specifications and perform inspections of incoming and outgoing trucks for Food Safety concerns.
- Travel to various store locations (approximately 75-90% of the schedule) as needed.
