- Teach kids while playing, and following a treatment plan specific to that child
- Observe, play and collect data so you can write a progress note

In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.Responsibilities include:
Providing daily supervision and mentorship
Managing household routines and student schedules
Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
Upon hire, Flex Houseparents initially support various student homes and follow a working schedule of nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off. On weekdays, houseparents have unscheduled time while students are in school. Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls to assist members or patients with inquiries, benefits, scheduling, and service coordination
- Provide accurate information about health plan benefits, eligibility, and coverage
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments with healthcare providers
- Process referrals, authorizations, prescription renewals, and other requests
- Assist members or patients with claims questions, billing inquiries, and account updates

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Previous job tenure of at least 6 months per role, reflecting stability and reliability
- Knowledge of privacy regulations and the ability to manage sensitive customer and account information with discretion, ensuring full compliance in a remote work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain accuracy while handling calls
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a designated, private workspace
- Demonstrated stable work history with a track record of reliability
