The leader will be based at our new, state-of-the-art Inova Schar Cancer Center, which is a 340,000 square foot facility offering an award-winning architectural and patient experience environment with all aspects of cancer care included under one roof. The IAC MAC program provides innovative technical solutions and information services that advance research, development, and operational capabilities across DoD and Federal agencies.
The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of program delivery—technical performance, financial management, personnel, and customer satisfaction—are effectively managed in alignment with DTIC’s mission and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, direction, and oversight of program operations, ensuring compliance with contract terms, deliverables, and performance standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and DTIC leadership.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of program or project management experience supporting Federal Government contracts, with at least 5 years managing large, complex DoD programs.
Certifications: PMP or DAWIA Level III Program Management certification preferred.
Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of DoD acquisition processes, contracting mechanisms, and reporting requirements.
- Experience with DTIC or Information Analysis Centers (IAC) programs highly desirable.
