Qualifications

  • 4+ years in stock operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
  • 2+ years in a retail supervisory or management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • OSHA safety awareness preferred; ability to obtain airport security credentials.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Legal Secretary/Assistant, based in Tulsa, OK. The Legal Secretary/Assistant will be responsible for preparing legal documents, managing schedules and diaries, maintaining accurate records, and performing clerical tasks. Daily tasks include managing correspondence with clients, assisting attorneys with administrative needs, ensuring the proper organization of legal files and documents, greeting and meeting with clients, answering a multi line telephone and tracking client payments.

Qualifications
