ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Senior Public Relations Manager will lead and execute strategic communications initiatives to enhance Savills' reputation, increase brand awareness and support business objectives. This role will oversee media relations, external communications, and thought leadership efforts, working closely with regional executives, an external PR firm, and the communications and marketing teams. Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Corporate Communications, the Senior PR Manager will manage regional press, media and stakeholder relationships to ensure a consistent, impactful brand narrative.

- Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, or similar
- Experience implementing/overseeing strategy at both the property, and portfolio level, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Experience conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio, against historical performance
- Experience taking part in transactions, interfacing with IR, and working at the fund-level

Qualifications
A proven track record (2+ years) of consistently growing high-margin revenue through solving technically
complex problems, and developing long-term customer partnerships in industrial applications. Applicant
must be willing to work with team members to win together in resinous flooring, millwright, fabrication and
rigging services. background in serving the food and beverage industry is preferred.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States, and must be able to pass pre-

The Compensation
Compensation would be $95,000 in annual salary plus a quarterly performance bonus opportunity that
