Key Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming phone calls from customers and assists call or routes call to appropriate person

KBR is seeking a Sr. Principal Operations Research Analyst to join a multi-disciplinary team consisting of operational military and intelligence subject matter experts (SMEs), operations research analysts, modelers, and software engineers who conduct modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) of emerging concepts for the Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) using advanced MS&A techniques and tools. About the Opportunity
As a Test Security Specialist focused on AP Investigations, you will lead investigations into AP test
security incidents and score validity concerns. You will manage cases end to end by reviewing and

• Collect, review, and synthesize evidence including statistical indicators, test day

As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, you will make sure customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. In this role, you'll provide incredible customer service by engaging customers in friendly conversation, carefully handling bagged items, and keeping the parking lot clear and safe for everyone. You'll leave a lasting impression and transform first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans customers!
What will I do?
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot, gather shopping carts and pick up garbage
- Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling
- Proactively offer additional assistance or services and thank the customer for shopping at Wegmans
- Offer additional service during inclement weather
