Job Summary

The B2B / VAS Supervisor oversees all business‑to‑business (B2B) fulfillment operations and value‑added services (VAS) production activities. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and on‑time B2B shipments while managing VAS workflows such as kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects. The Supervisor partners closely with internal teams to align production schedules, meet customer requirements, control costs, and maintain quality standards.

B2B Fulfillment Oversight

• Supervise day‑to‑day B2B order processing, shipping, and fulfillment operations
• Ensure compliance with customer routing guides, labeling requirements, pallet standards, and documentation
• Coordinate LTL and FTL freight shipments and work with carriers to meet delivery timelines

VAS / Production Management

• Oversee all value‑added services (VAS) and production workflows, including kitting, labeling, bundling, assembly, rework, and special projects
• Plan labor, timelines, and resources for production and VAS initiatives
• Ensure quality standards and client specifications are consistently met

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B/wholesale fulfillment, VAS, production, or light assembly

The DTC Manager oversees all direct-to-consumer order fulfillment, ensuring fast, accurate, and cost-effective processing of eCommerce orders across multiple platforms and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily DTC order flow (pick, pack, ship)
• Oversee SLA compliance for same-day and next-day shipping
• Optimize picking methods (batch, wave, zone)

Qualifications

What You'll Do

• Make fair, accurate, timely and quality claims decisions on life insurance claims up to allowable signature limit. May work on cases exceeding this limit with prior approval and second signatures.

• Examines claim information obtained, including, but not limited to, beneficiary data, policy values, and policy status; and analyzes information received during the claim review process, including but not limited to, death certificates, claim forms, assignment forms, divorce decree, estate, and trust documentation.

• With empathy, deliver personalized experience for beneficiaries and field members by assisting with educating on settlement options available, which varies by policy type.

• Communicate verbally and construct letters and emails to beneficiaries, field members, and third parties in response to inquiries and/or regarding outstanding requirements, claim status updates, and claims decisions as part of the overall claim handling process.
