Essential Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Your Role

As the Human Resources & Payroll Manager at CWC, you will serve as the primary HR leader for the organization while overseeing payroll accuracy and compliance.


Human Resources Leadership

  • Partner closely with executive leadership, managers, and field supervision to provide coaching and ensure consistent, fair application of company policies and employment laws.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance improvement, corrective action, investigations, and policy interpretation.
  • Lead and manage workplace investigations, documentation, and follow-through on disciplinary actions.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, accountability, and retention.
  • Develop, update, and maintain the Employee Handbook, EEO policies, and HR procedures to ensure alignment with current federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations, including EEO, OSHA, Davis-Bacon, wage and hour laws, and other construction-specific requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage regulations.
  • Reconcile payroll taxes and ensure accurate reporting and timely deposits.
  • Perform detailed month-end reconciliations of payroll accounts and related general ledger accounts.
  • Prepare payroll and benefits documentation for financial audits and assist with payroll tax audits as needed.


Safety & Compliance Partnership

  • Partner with the company's safety consultant to reinforce CWC’s safety-first culture across office and field environments.

Job Description

We are seeking a CDL Class B Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Responsibilities:

* Loading and delivering gas cylinders to forklift customers in Denver Metro and the Front Range
* Must be able to lift cylinders, weighing 55-75 pounds.
* Properly track and document activity log
* Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
* Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
* Commercial driver's license with HAZMAT or the ability to obtain it.
* Must be able to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and background check (drug testing facility is 100% accurate on identifying false samples)
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Strong work ethic
* Good interpersonal skills and willingness to take direction from owner/manager

Seeking an Ultrasound Technologist Perinatal / Perinatal Ultra Sonographer for our practice who provides specialized expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. What you will do in this role:

  • Applies fetal ultrasound principles in the evaluation of fetal anomalies
  • Applies gynecological ultrasound principles in the evaluation of patient
  • Adapts to various ultrasound machines while maintaining high standards of sonography
  • Identifies fetal anomalies, such as CNS, maxillofacial, cardiothoracic, abdomen, abdomen wall, genitourinary, extremity placental, umbilical cord growth disturbance
  • Performs ultrasounds on maternal uterus, cervix and ovaries
  • Performs complicated twin and triplet scans in conjunction with in-office multiple gestation service
  • Identifies gynecological anomalies such as fibroids, thickened endometrium and polyps
  • Makes preliminary, equivocal diagnosis of gynecological and fetal disorders in the organ systems mentioned in above
  • Operates General Electric, Accuson, Medison, and ATL ultrasound machines with proficiency.
  • Continues to expand knowledge of latest technology
  • Maintains ultrasound logging records including past medical history, past surgical history, past obstetric history, and past genetic history.
  • Prepares patients for procedures including and not limited to Level I &II ultrasounds, amniocentesis, lung maturity amniocentesis, PUBS, amino reduction, external cephalic version, and GYN ultrasound
  • Maintains professional relationship with other staff members, other obstetric offices and hospital personnel
  • Exercises independent judgement when interpreting Biophysical Profiles designed to assess fetal well-being
  • Alerts physicians of potentially dangerous conditions. Diagnoses fetal weight disturbances based on fetal biometry
  • Diagnoses multiple fetal anomalies and reports and demonstrates them to physician
  • Other duties as assigned

What Qualifications you will need:

  • A minimum of one-year specialty Ultrasound experience required
  • Associates degree in Ultrasound required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • RDMS required
  • RDMS – OB/GYN preferred

Principal Accountabilities

  • This role involves physical activity in a food processing environment, which generally requires a moderate amount of exertion on a fairly regular basis-involving bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, reaching, working on irregular surfaces, occasional lifting of objects weighing more than 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-25 pounds. Walking or standing for extended periods of time will be required as well as the occasional use of stairs and/or ladders
  • The work may also involve other exertions, conditions or exposures (e.g. heat, cold, dust). This position is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions with slippery surfaces, moving mechanical parts and fast paced warm/cool environments. Personal protective equipment use is required in all areas of the facility
  • Execution of automation solutions used for controlling plant process. Will involve design and configuration of control systems and oversight of electrical and instrumentation functions related to projects. Will be required to obtain knowledge of plant processes
  • Design and Implement control strategies based on current best practice standards and approved components
  • Work with fix/support team to identify areas in need of improvement and reliability. Provide training for completed projects
  • This position requires availability for a 6 day work week

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need of a Visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of PLC/HMI/Controls programming languages
  • Ability to update and troubleshoot a range of electrical or instrumentation systems
  • Ability to read and analyze electrical schematics
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well in a team or individual environment and be a self-starter
  • Ability to pass an Electrical Aptitude Test
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
