We are partnering with our Berkeley, CA retail client to recruit a Graphic Designer to join their team on a 5+ month contract basis, set to be between 30-40 hours per week. This is a hybrid role in their East Bay office three days per week. In this position, you will join a thriving design team in creating, finalizing and optimizing digital and print materials. This role encompasses both asset creation AND production work, including creating new assets for web pages, social media campaigns, email campaigns, direct mail pieces, catalogs and similar. You will develop everything from assets, templates, digital enhancements and similar, and will be responsible for image production and color correction efforts. To be a fit, you should bring 3+ years of graphic design experience with strong digital and print background. Experience in production and color correction, and a comfort in these duties, is required, along with Adobe Creative Suite expertise.

This is an opportunity to join a well-know, East Bay retail brand with a fun, colorful style! This role will start at about 30 hours per week during onboarding and the first month, and hours will ramp up to 40 per week over the following several months. You will work closely with their design team on a hybrid basis in their Berkeley office, and will be a huge help in providing design support, brand guidelines oversight and similar during a busy period. This is a 5+ month, W2 contract role, with payroll and benefits through LHH. Hourly pay ranges from $31 to $35 an hour, depending on relevant experience, with potential for slight flexibility. Benefits for LHH contractors include medical, dental, vision and 401(K) options, with sick time accruing at the California rate. Digital portfolios will be required for consideration.

You will:

• Join a thriving design team in creating, finalizing and optimizing digital and print materials with a focus on mastering their brand guidelines and aligning creative output
• Own new asset creation for digital and print projects, including social and email campaigns, templates, website assets, catalogs, signage, direct mail pieces and more
• Aid the team in production work, specifically in image production for color correction and editing, and in layout design work
• Partner with cross-functional teams to curate design ideas and translate department needs into finished materials

Your experience should include:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in the consumer space, with experience in retail or similar strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of print and digital design and production work, with relevant portfolio examples in email and social media campaigns, web assets, catalogs, signage, direct mail pieces and similar
• Image editing and color correction experience
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills

Production Technician - PRINT SERVICES

Work Location - Hercules, CA

Shift - 6 AM to 4.30 PM Monday to Thursdays

Pay - $25/hour to $28/hour

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and hardworking individual with a strong mechanical aptitude. In this role, the ideal candidate will produce high-quality printed materials by studying job specifications, setting up, operating, adjusting and controlling all aspects of the print job to final finishing. Prior experience operating a printing press is required.

• Ability to follow work instructions and production job tickets to produce quality and accurate work.
• Execute booklet binding and coil binding. Produce various folds such as pharmaceutical folds, double parallel folds and half folds.
• Execute cutting, padding, lamination and shrink wrap as necessary.
• Ensures proper balancing and prioritization of workflow to optimize utilization of resources to meet customer requirements.
• Ensure that work is produced accurately to the specifications provided by the production job ticket.
• Verifies print quality of output to ensure required customer standards are met. Verifies the output format to ensure alignment with established procedures.
• Assures compliance to required standards, procedures, guidelines and processes.
• Make recommendations to management for any areas that may need improvement.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the digital print industry.
• Knowledge of print specifications for sheet fed and digital production processes.
• Knowledge of Press Operator and Finishing Operator functions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.

Job Title - Maintenance Technician -

Work Location - Hercules, CA - 7 AM to 3.30 PM - Monday to Friday

Pay - $42 - $45/hour

We are seeking senior Facilities / Utilities Maintenance Technicians to support a regulated manufacturing site during a potential labor disruption. Technicians will maintain and troubleshoot facility and utility systems supporting production and controlled environments, ensuring safe, compliant, and continuous operations. Candidates may come from electrical or mechanical backgrounds but must have strong experience with industrial utilities and building automation systems in GMP or cGMP environments

How You'll Make An Impact:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility and utility systems supporting manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems serving production and control rooms.
• Support building automation and monitoring systems, including Siemens APOGE, Assent Compass, Lab Watch, and Rees.
• Maintain utilities including CDA, nitrogen, chilled water, cooling water, hot water, steam, pure steam, RODI water, refrigeration, wastewater, and exhaust systems.
• Install replacement parts and new equipment per safety, engineering, and GMP requirements.
• Perform daily equipment rounds, record readings, and complete documentation.
• Maintain accurate CMMS documentation including work orders, job plans, and spare parts.
• Support audits, inspections, investigations, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Ensure electrical work complies with NFPA 70E, NFPA 70B, NEC, and IEEE standards.
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors.
• Respond to after-hours or emergency service calls as required.

What You Bring:

• High school/trade school diploma, GED, or equivalent (e.g., ITC/NTC and above). Associate degree in electrical or mechanical field preferred
• 6–10 years of Facilities / Utilities Maintenance experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, food processing, or other GMP/cGMP-regulated environments
• Hands-on experience supporting production-critical utilities
• Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience; Siemens APOGE strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Preferred / Value-Add Skills
• PLC troubleshooting experience (programming not required)
• Freeze-dryer / lyophilization support experience
• Universal Refrigeration Technician certification
• Experience supporting shutdowns, startups, or high-pressure operational environments
