Essential Work Functions:
- Communicate labor and delivery procedures to patients and families, providing reassurance and addressing concerns
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved obstetric nursing techniques
- Prepare equipment and aid physician during labor, delivery, and examination of patients
- Provide immediate postpartum care, including assessment and stabilization of mother and newborn
- Educate patients and families on postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, and newborn care
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and other team members to deliver cohesive care
- Respond to obstetric emergencies, including preeclampsia, hemorrhage, or fetal distress, using evidence-based protocols

Minimum Qualifications:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school
- A current license to practice law in the State of Minnesota
Two years of advanced professional title experience that demonstrates:
- Legal research and analysis, writing, and client counseling experience
- Experience related to legal descriptions, sufficient to prepare a title opinion for the acquisition of real property
- Experience in real property law, title examination, performing and preparing title abstracts, drafting acquisition and conveyance instruments, and property management
- Experience preparing title opinions and/or title commitments for real property

Must be Board Certified or Eligible. $400k base salary plus bonuses and full benefits.
