In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. · Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control strategies
· Operate forklift and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in a warehouse or shipping environment preferred, but not required
· Forklift certification is a plus
· Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 pounds)
· Strong attention to detail
· Basic computer skills, including experience with excel, inventory software or WMS, are a plus
· Excellent communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
