Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.

Role Description

Groth Law Firm, S.C. is seeking a Senior Lead Attorney to join our litigation team in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, on-site position.


The Senior Lead Attorney will manage a docket of personal injury cases from pre-suit through litigation and resolution. The attorney will evaluate claims, oversee pre-suit negotiations, and determine when cases should b filed. When litigation is necessary, the attorney will file suit and handle all aspects of the case through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation.


This role involves conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for mediation and trial.


The ideal candidate is a confident litigator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment while maintaining the ability to independently manage cases and drive cases toward resolution.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or insurance defense.
  • Demonstrated experience handling depositions, motion practice, and discovery.
  • Experience managing a personal injury docket from pre-suit through litigation and resolution.
  • Strong legal research, writing, and case analysis skills.
  • Proven ability to evaluate liability and damages and negotiate settlements.
  • Experience preparing cases for mediation, hearings, and trial.
  • JD degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in Wisconsin.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a litigation team.

  • Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and applicable food safety and sanitary design standards.
  • Support adherence to relevant mechanical, electrical, and safety standards (e.g., ASME, UL, NFPA) as they relate to process systems.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Operations teams.
  • Provide process engineering leadership during customer reviews, FATs, SATs, and commissioning activities.
  • Support Sales and Applications teams during quoting and concept development with process expertise.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to ensure successful project execution and delivery timelines.

Annual Pay:Β Β Full-time drivers on this fleet can make $47,424.00 - $96,824.00 per year
**Depending on experience, routes, regular attendance, and length of service.

Full pay package also includes other accessorial compensation to include tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay as appropriate.
Including both mileage pay and all other accessorial pay, full-time drivers on this fleet can make $912.23 - $1,862.98 per week ($47,424.00 - $96,824.00 per year) depending on experience, routes, regular attendance and length of service.

Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.

HOME TIME:
  • Home Time:Β Β Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset
  • Home time varies by division. This opportunity is for Division 290.

HIRING QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Β Required:Β Β Must have a valid Class A CDL
  2. Β Required:Β Β Must be 21 years of age or older
  3. Β Required:Β Β A safe driving record on the road is required.
  4. Β Required:Β Β No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
  5. Β Required:Β Β 4+ months of driving experience required
  6. Β Preferred:Β Β 1 year truck driving experience, but not necessary
  7. Β Required:Β Β Background Check required
  8. Β Required:Β Β Clean Drug Test required
  9. Β Required:Β Β Clean Clearinghouse result required
  10. Β Required:Β Β For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads. (this is required)
