Gestational Carrier Requirements

To ensure a safe and successful journey for both carrier and baby, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Between 21–39 years old
  • U.S. citizen living in a surrogate-friendly state
  • Have delivered at least one child and are currently parenting
  • No more than two (2) C-sections
  • Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)

Consults with Physicians, RN’s, other Health care professionals and participates in daily patient rounds for assigned area to promote consistent quality and delivery of patient care. Monitors and documents the patient response to therapeutic interventions and progress toward outcomes. Completes all documentation for patient charting in compliance with standards for accuracy and content as established by the department and NM.   • Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient's condition. Provides written home-going instructions.

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
