The CNA or HHA serves as a member of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team.  Under the direction of a licensed nurse, incumbent participates in all aspects of the planning, implementation and evaluation of personal care and safety for the participants at the ADH and in the community. This is a full-time position, Monday- Friday 8-4 position; no nights, weekends or holidays!

 Responsibilities:

• Assists participants with all aspects of personal care at the site, and in the community, as directed.  
• Assists with meals at the site, including 1:1 feedings.  Follows all diet and fluid restrictions, and encourages diet compliance.  
• Assists Nursing with specimen collections, oxygen and vital sign monitoring.  
• Reports all medical complaints/changes (participant’s physical, cognitive and/or functional status) to the primary nurse.
• Serves as an escort for medical, and other pertinent appointments as needed.
• Performs all tasks as indicated on daily assignment.
• Restocks supplies and monitors the cleanliness of exam rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and supply closets.  
• Sanitizes tables, chairs, water cooler, exam tables, etc.
• Assist with activities, special projects, and therapeutic 1:1.  
• Performs vital signs and transfers participants safely.
• Completes required trainings timely and attends monthly meetings and trainings as required.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures.
• Maintains and attend CPR training as required.
• Ability to pass a fit test. Position requires mask where seal is critical. Incumbent is required to not have facial hair that interferes with a tight seal of the respirator.
• Performs other duties, as required.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• HHA certification or equivalent.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience with the geriatric population.
• Ability to relate well to elders and anticipate their needs.
• Ability to perform vital signs, lifting of participants for transfer, and communication of participant changes.
• Effective communication, verbal and written.
• Consistently works in a positive and cooperative manner with team.
• Intermediate Microsoft computer skills preferred.
• Frequent local travel
  Mandarin/Vietnamese/Khmer or Spanish speaking Preferred.

Raytheon is currently seeking a Senior Test Equipment Design Engineer to join the Sensor Test Solutions (STS) Department. This is an excellent position for engineers with a background in electrical design and software programming/automation, along with a desire to apply those skills to developing, building, and integrating advanced test platforms and architectures.

You will be joining a project team responsible for the development of test solutions and architectures for various programs within Raytheon. Typical test development applications include analog/digital, RF, High Power, and embedded software/firmware design activities. Test architectures include a blend of customized and COTS Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), along with custom electro-mechanical holding fixtures and associated interface cabling and harnessing.

Engineers in this role will also have exposure to the full lifecycle development process - from the requirements definition phase of the test solution design process through the verification and final system sell-off in a production facility or field/depot environment.

What You Will Do

• Develop test hardware, software, and/or firmware, from requirements definition through deployment at manufacturing or customer facilities. These test capabilities may span multiple disciplines (Power, RF, Analog, Digital)
• Lead smaller teams of engineers, overseeing the technical execution of project tasks as well as reporting of project status (cost and schedule) to STS department leadership
• Actively identify test readiness issues and optimizations throughout the development lifecycle
• Understand and meet established project budget, schedule, and performance commitments
• Guide mechanical engineering and/or suppliers through test adapter design activities, with moderate support from senior engineers
• Work effectively within a team, or function as an individual contributor as needed, working autonomously with limited supervision
• Engage in personal technical growth
• Prepare and clearly present your work product at project status meetings
• Support Manufacturing operations, including on-site troubleshooting and debugging

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

ClearBridge Technology Group is seeking a strategic, growth-oriented Director of Project Management Office (PMO) to lead and scale the PMO within our Client Solutions division. This remote-based leadership role will oversee an established team of 2 PMO Managers and approximately 40+ Project Managers, with planned growth of 50% in 2026.

The Director of PMO will be responsible for the full lifecycle of PMO leadership: governance, methodology, performance management, talent development, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with executive leadership. In addition, this leader will work closely with our largest strategic partner to drive PMO synergies, enhance execution standards, and improve overall delivery performance across organizations.

This is a highly visible strategic role suited for a proven PMO leader within a Professional Services or Consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

PMO Strategy & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of ~50+Project Managers across multiple client engagements
• Define and execute a multi-year PMO growth strategy aligned to business expansion goals
• Build scalable organizational structure to support 50% growth in 2026
• Establish performance metrics, accountability frameworks, and career pathing for PMO staff
• Partner with executive leadership to align PMO delivery with business strategy and revenue goals

PMO Governance & Operational Excellence

• Design, implement, and continuously improve PMO governance frameworks
• Standardize methodologies, tools, reporting, and resource management processes
• Ensure consistent project intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and portfolio visibility
• Implement KPIs and dashboards to measure delivery health, margin performance, and client satisfaction
• Drive risk management, quality assurance, and financial oversight across all engagements

Growth & Buildout

• Lead hiring strategy, workforce planning, and onboarding for planned team expansion
• Build scalable systems and infrastructure to support rapid growth
• Evaluate and implement PMO technologies and automation where appropriate
• Develop repeatable playbooks for professional services delivery excellence

Strategic Partner Alignment

• Serve as executive liaison with ClearBridge’s largest strategic partner
• Align PMO processes, governance standards, and reporting structures across organizations
• Identify opportunities for operational synergy and improved execution
• Drive joint performance reviews, shared KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Enhance cross-organizational communication and collaboration

Client Delivery & Financial Oversight

• Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across all client engagements
• Monitor project financials, margin and utilization performance, and forecasting accuracy
• Partner with Sales and Client Solutions leadership on scoping, resource modeling, and risk evaluation
• Establish best practices for change-management and client communications

Required Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of dedicated PMO leadership experience
• Proven experience building and scaling multiple PMOs within a Professional Services or Consulting environment
• Demonstrated success leading teams of 25+ project managers in a distributed/remote environment
• Deep expertise in PMO governance, portfolio management, and delivery frameworks
• Experience managing growth initiatives and organizational transformation
• Strong financial acumen including revenue forecasting, margin management, and utilization tracking
• Experience collaborating with strategic partners or enterprise clients at an executive level
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive presence

Salary: $175K-$225K + bonus

The posted range is an estimate, the actual compensation offer will be based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and will be in line with internal equity.
