Development Strategy

Fundraising Operations and Gift Entry
- Develop and maintain regular progress-to-goal reports and development dashboard for the President and Board of Directors to track fundraising performance and revenue goals
- Ensure accurate and timely gift entry, revenue tracking, and documentation of all development activities
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all donor records and reports in WILL’s CRM
- Ensure timely acknowledgement of gifts, including donor thank-you communications and tax receipts, in accordance with nonprofit best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of nonprofit development experience
- 2+ years of experience with development CRM systems
- Demonstrable experience and success as a fundraising generalist, with hands-on experience with annual giving, special events, grants, and online giving campaigns

As a Safety Specialist, you will ensure the safety of employees, trade partners, and the general public on our world class projects. The Safety Manager is responsible for creating a culture of care while enforcing Clark's Safety and Health Policy, as well as, local and federal safety standards on jobsites. - Drive the Clark safety culture on a project

Hive Group is seeking a FOIA Coordinator to join our existing team to provide comprehensive Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lifecycle support to ensure timely processing of FOIA requests for a federal client agency. This work requires an analyst with basic FOIA knowledge to perform routine coordination and administrative tasks under the direct supervision of client stakeholders, using established SOPs, templates, and guidance. This is a hybrid position requiring candidates to reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, with the expectation of working onsite (once per week) at our corporate headquarters in McLean, VA.
Position Description
- Coordinate closely with client stakeholders to ensure proper redaction processes, legal compliance, and timely responses to requestors in accordance with statutory requirements.
- Receive FOIA request assignments and update designated trackers with required details.
- Manage FOIA request documentation using established subfolders and naming conventions.
- Prepare accurate processing fee estimates using provided templates and calculators.
- Retrieve responsive documents from client contract repository and upload unredacted PDF records into the appropriate folders.
- Provide the FOIA request, responsive documents, and instructions to SMEs and assigned Program Counsel for their review and concurrence using established templates.
- Review acquisition documents and identify potential redactions for SME and counsel review based on relevant FOIA exemptions and agency guidance.
- Upload all applicable concurrences, email correspondence, and unredacted document versions to the client FOIA management system.
- Redact documents based on the redactions agreed upon with the SMEs and Program Counsel.
- Notify the assigned FOIA Program Office Analyst of the need for consultations, notices to submitters, and clarifications in accordance with FOIA Program Office guidance
- Actively participate in status meetings with the agency’s FOIA Program team.
- Contribute to the maintenance of FOIA templates, SOPs and training as necessary.

The estimated compensation range for this position is between $60,000 and $68,000 annually, based on benchmarks in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. This vital position plays a crucial role in supporting the Air and Marine Safety Action Program (AMSAP), a cornerstone of AMO's Safety Management System (SMS). AMSAP is a non-punitive, voluntary reporting program designed to enhance organizational safety by providing a channel for timely reporting of threats, unintentional errors, hazards, and unsafe conditions that might not be captured through traditional safety reporting.
The selectee will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution, meticulous record-keeping, seamless coordination, and clear communication of reports received through this critical program, directly contributing to AMO's mission of safeguarding the nation through aviation and maritime law enforcement expertise.
In this role, the Management and Program Analyst will provide essential support to the AMSAP process, which includes ensuring that submitted reports meet acceptance criteria and conducting initial screenings for urgency.
