Qualifications:
To be considered for the Consulting Certified Rehabilitation Counselor position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. Masterβs Degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field from an accredited institution.
2. Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) credential, or ability to obtain within the first year of employment.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in rehabilitation counseling, preferably in a healthcare setting.
4. At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and team members.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in high-stress situations.
7. Knowledge of current laws, regulations, and best practices in rehabilitation counseling.
8. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits Annual Base Salary for newly appointed BPAs varies per grade, as follows: GL-5/GL-7 $49,739
- $89,518 per year Duty location impacts pay rates; locality pay for federal law enforcement is higher in some locations than others.

Position Overview
The Legal Counsel will provide day-to-day legal support to the company, assisting senior legal counsel in handling contract management, and general corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate will have 1β3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate law, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Skills:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Korean/English bilingual a plus but not required
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey (required).
