Position Details
Practice Model:
Full scope – outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and surgical work
Joining 3 other OB/GYNs and full support staff
Clinic Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00?am – 5:00?pm; Friday, 8:00?am – 12:00?pm
Hospital Rounding: 30–60 minutes daily for Labor & Delivery and postpartum patients
OR Time: Two-hour blocks per day (increasing based on volume)
Call Rotation: Currently 1:3 or better
Around 7 call days per month, with about 75% likelihood of being called in
Deliveries & Volume:
approx 68 deliveries/month
2024 total: 638; 2025 YTD: 607
Procedural Competency:
Comfortable with vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections, hysterectomies, and GYN surgery
TOLAC/VBAC experience required
Technology & Tools:
Robotics available
Ultrasound, NST monitoring, fetal dopplers
EMR: Athena (clinic) / Paragon (hospital)

We have a newly approved position for a Board Certified Gastroenterologist who is interested in providing occasional per diem coverage at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center (SJMC) in Longview, Washington. Our hospital is a relaxing 50-60 minute drive along the scenic Columbia River, north of Portland, Oregon.

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off.
