This physician will be joining a collaborative group that includes 6 Diabetes Educators/Nutritionists, onsite Pharmacists, is 99% outpatient and offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team that prides itself on taking a whole human holistic approach while focusing on continuous improvement. Our robust Diabetes Education programs include community drop-in services for patients and a close partnership with our Educators in a joint visit program.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
