LIMITED TIME $750.00 HIRING BONUS ONLY AVAILABLE FROM NOW UNTIL March 1, 2026
$750 Hiring Bonus (First payment after 90 days = $250 and Second payment after 150 days = $500.00)
To be eligible for the sign-on bonus, cast members must be in the position continuously for at least 90 days after hire and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at time of payment. A cast member is hired after the successful completion of Disney Traditions or one full day of employment. To be eligible for an incentive bonus after 150 days, cast members must remain employed in the position continuously for at least 150 days and be employed by The Walt Disney Company at the time of payment. Payments will be made approximately two weeks after the 90 and 150-day milestones, respectively. Bonus payments are subject to applicable taxes and other legal withholding. Disputes concerning eligibility to a bonus payment shall be resolved by Walt Disney World Recruitment in its sole and absolute discretion. The incentives offered herein are subject to change at any time, with or without notice. Cast Members hired prior to January 21, 2026 or after March 1, 2026 will not be eligible for an incentive award.
All Cast Members must provide own transportation as there is no company sponsored transportation available.
Responsibilities :
Recreation
Recreation Cast Members rotate through various roles, including Lifeguard, Children's Activities, and Recreation Rentals. Some of your responsibilities will include supervising the safety of our Guests as they swim, providing emergency medical attention as a first responder, shallow water life guarding, facilitating Guest activities and programs (including arts & crafts, games, and campfire songs), selling programs, renting equipment, and providing Guest information. Appropriate certification is required for the lifeguard and first responder role, which is provided by the resort.
Food and Beverage
The environment is friendly but fast paced. On any given day you might take guest orders, operate the point-of-sale system (cash register), handle cash, fulfill orders, prep food, stock items, keep inventory, and of course keep the front and back of the house up to Disneyβs famous cleanliness standards. On top of that, you would be fully trained on knowledge of the resort so you can answer guestsβ questions, share information, and provide the βDisney differenceβ that brings people to the Hilton Head Island Resort!
Custodial
Custodial Cast Members have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations, both indoors and outdoors, but always in the βcommonβ areas β in other words, everywhere except the guest rooms. Your responsibilities include cleaning tables, emptying trashcans, sweep/mop floors, and more. Along with custodial responsibilities, Custodial Cast Members will be fully trained to answer questions about Disneyβs Hilton Head Island Resort and will be expected to be the βfriendly faceβ that makes a guestβs stay with us so memorable. It takes a special kind of person to do this well, so along with mastering custodial skills, having a friendly demeanor, a positive attitude and the sincere desire to be helpful is a key part of the job.
Houseperson
For many of our guests, staying at Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort is a dream come true. Our Housepersons bring those dreams to life by creating special memories and a home-away-from-home experience for each of our guests every day. As a member of the Housekeeping team, you may find yourself replenishing items such as linens, amenities and various supplies, disposing trash and interacting with guests, responding in a timely manner to their requests, assisting with directions and sharing information.
Basic Qualifications :
Here is what you will need to be successful in the job:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- This is a Seasonal position that requires you to be fully available a minimum of three days per week, including one weekend day. You will also be required to be fully available on national/state holidays.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Create, support, and animate the energy and water progress plan to ensure that the energy performance of the site is effectively managed. Analyze the energy and water consumption of the site and manage and mentor site leadership to the standards of energy and water programs to guarantee the progress plan.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Maintain a roadmap and strategic plan of energy, CO2, and water targets and performance, which is in line with the Group's objectives and ambitions. Ensure the plan is updated annually and the status is routinely presented to the site management team.
- Facilitate a 10-year energy performance improvement plan for the site.
- Follow up and document the implementation of the annual actions resulting from the site's roadmap.
- Lead the various activities (workshops) of the site to improve water and energy consumption.
- Guarantee the reliability of the basic data necessary for the calculations of the energy and water indicators.
- Analyze the relevance and effectiveness of energy and water maintenance plans, provide feedback and recommendations on corrective actions needed.
- Establish and maintain standards of energy consumption by activity and by type of equipment that reflect plant production, flex, and baseline energy consumption.
- Ensure that water & energy meters are operational, the level of metering meets the analysis needs, and that the associated digitization of water and energy performance is in place to deliver progress.
- Drive the site's energy costs and environmental footprint to optimal levels by constantly improving energy performance.
- The energy and environmental indicators are analyzed and reliable. The site energy performance is communicated and understood within the site and beyond the site level.
- Documented feedback such as lessons learned, revised standards/specifications, and best practices are shared to improve the knowledge of the site personnel, including designers of new equipment and installations.
- Work in collaboration with energy partners to optimize contracts with energy supply, transformation, and maintenance.
- Evaluate efficiency of the production and distribution of fluids to identify opportunities to drive progress on energy consumption and costs.
- Support the different activities of the site to improve energy consumption and animate progress involving all employees, such as operators, maintenance, technicians, and managers through steering groups, MDP (Managing Daily Performance) production through awareness campaigns.
- Lead and participate in energy diagnostics, both at the site and in support of other sites in the time zone.
- Contribute to the establishment of consumption standards.
- Modelling the energy flows for the site and the levels of consumption.
- Establish consumption standards by activity and type of equipment.
- Apply energy expertise for diagnostics and assist in problem resolution.
- Participate in the optimization of contracts (supply, transformation, maintenance, water treatment,) through consistent communication with Fluids and Energy buyers.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Certified Energy Manager, or BS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical) preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of heat transfer, separation unit operations and mass/energy balances
- Strong skills to analyze and draw conclusions from datasets.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills to communicate to all company personnel.

The Regional Exceptional Student Services (ESS) Coordinator serves as a critical systems-level partner responsible for strengthening compliance, instructional quality, and operational excellence across an assigned region of schools. This role provides targeted training, technical assistance, live coaching, and program validation to ensure students with disabilities receive a free appropriate public education (FAPE) in alignment with South Carolina requirements and Vertex Education standards.
Functioning as an operational liaison, the Regional ESS Coordinator builds capacity in site-based ESS teams, general education teachers, health office personnel, and school administrators. The position leads ongoing professional learning; models best practices in specially designed instruction; and supports teams in data collection, lesson planning, classroom management, and implementation of high-leverage practices. Regular campus visits include observing instruction, providing actionable feedback, modeling techniques, and engaging educators in reflective problem-solving to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
The role also ensures systematic compliance by validating special education and Section 504 documentation, timelines, session tracking, MTSS components, and health-related procedures. The Coordinator collaborates with Vertex Specialists to conduct medication audits, and to monitor emergency readiness, sensory screenings, and campus-based health protocols. Additional responsibilities include mentoring new special education staff, supporting Level 2 and Level 3 meetings, identifying operational needs, and communicating insights to ESS leadership to refine programs and processes.
In partnership with campus teams and the Vertex ESS department, the Regional ESS Coordinator advances high-quality instructional programming, reinforces consistent adherence to policy and procedure, and supports the continuous development of campus teams to ensure effective, legally compliant, student-centered ESS services across the region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Collaborate with Specialists to verify compliance indicators for Section 504 and Student Health Services.
- Maintain accurate and organized special education records, including required uploads and documentation checks.
- Monitor trends, missing documents, and compliance issues, and communicate regularly with the compliance team.
Specially Designed Instruction Coaching, Training & Staff Development:
- Provide responsive training and ongoing professional development to strengthen foundational skills in specially designed and general education instruction.
- Observe live instruction during campus visits, model high-leverage instructional practices, and provide targeted feedback to improve educator performance.
- Engage staff in reflective problem-solving and critical thinking to support effective instructional design and delivery.
- Mentor new special education hires to ensure understanding of Vertex ESS policies, procedures, expectations, and best practices.
- Offer ongoing technical assistance, supporting educators with questions and guidance related to service delivery and instructional implementation.
Health Services Oversight & School Safety Protocols:
- Conduct health office observations to ensure operational practices align with district policies and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Monthly AED maintenance checks and required documentation
- Completion of required sensory screenings for special education, Section 504, and general education students.
