GENERAL SUMMARY:
Functions as a member of the multidisciplinary team providing a safe environment for all age groups of surgical patients. Assists the perioperative nurse with patient care, prepares and maintains supplies in the operating room (OR), ensures that procedure preparations are based on individual patients and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. Provides guidance to Surgical Technologist I and Surgical Technologist Pathways employees, as needed.

PRINCIPAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

2. *Functions in the scrub role by preparing, organizing, and anticipating needed instruments, supplies, and equipment for safe patient care and operative procedure.
3. *Will not first assist with any procedure; will not do any incision closures.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)
- Market and sell personal lines insurance policies. Proactively contact all leads to recommend appropriate insurance, quote and place coverage. Identify and assess client risk exposures.

Position Summary:
The RT Vent Field Clinician is a Respiratory Therapist providing respiratory patient care to Vent patients for optimal outcomes. Provides respiratory care to patients in alternate sites in accordance with AdaptHealth’s policies and procedures. Respiratory care will be preventative, rehabilitative, and palliative in nature. The RT will utilize all the resources available within the agency and community to accomplish care objectives. - Utilizes various sources of information to attain greater competence about his or her position, including attending educational events (including attending optional in-services) and asking questions.
