Job summary
The Business Banking Specialist maintains a high level of expertise in the products and services designed for business & non-profit clients. This position has knowledge of multiple financial services, including cash management, and services new and existing customers in a manner consistent with the sales, service, and operational goals of the bank. The Business Banking Specialist support the commercial banking team by preparing commercial loan documents, loan closings, and providing superior customer service.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares and processes commercial loan documents for Commercial Bankers in preparation for loan closing and forwards file to the Loan Operations Department.
- Performs special projects as assigned such as business development reports, loan status reports, loan quality control reports/monitoring, and/or risk based capital reports.
- Preparation of various documents including subordination agreements, modification agreements, extension agreements and deeds of reconveyance.
- Answers customer inquiries regarding balances, payoffs, collateral, etc. Maintains thorough working knowledge of the products and services, including cash management designed for business & non-profit clients, bank/branch goals, policies, and operating procedures, as well as all current promotions.
- Originates consumer and small business loans for business clients. Processes advances on loans and manages loan activity.
- Interviews clients and sets up products and services specifically designed to meet the needs of the business and non-profit customers. Calls on existing customers to develop new and/or additional business and to protect and strengthen existing profitable customer relationships. Opens commercial, non-profit and personal deposit accounts, to include preparing signature cards, corporate resolutions and account documentation.
- Review daily overdraft report and work with Lender to decision whether to pay or decline check.
- Achieve compliance certification and use knowledge of compliance/CRA regulations in day-to-day activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience and Education
- 2+ years in banking experience, preferably commercial lending, lending administration or as a Personal Banker.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge of lending and bank operations.
- Ability to communicate both oral and written in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to compare data from two sources and locate discrepancies.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
The expected starting range for this role is $23.00-$40.38 per hour. Compensation decisions will be based on factors such as experience, qualifications, and education, which may determine where within the range the starting pay will fall.

The International Application Engineer I's duties and responsibilities lead to an overall understanding of fundamental activities of factory sales support to DeZURIK direct and independent sales channels. This role prepares list price quotations for non-catalog items, outsourced accessories, and special processing requirements based on costs derived from a variety of internal and external sources. It requires the ability to articulate commercial and technical requirements and communicate in a clear format that will allow the product to be quoted to the end user. Advancement requires understanding of DeZURIK business system, order entry process, products, sales channel support, and factory capabilities to achieve an efficient workflow with acceptable profit margins. This position will focus on International support.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
- Ability to interface well with DeZURIK sales channels, suppliers, internal departments, and other applicable business contacts.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines on a consistent basis.

The Mortgage Investor Reporting Specialist will be responsible for the daily and/or monthly reporting, remitting, and reconciling of mortgage loan activity for mortgage loan portfolios, including those sold to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Federal Home Loan Bank.

Summary
The people and technology that power our Group business work in the Employee Benefit Solutions Technology (EBST) organization within Enterprise Technology. As a member of the Partner Data Exchange (PDX) team, you will help design, build, and support systems that enable how Securian exchanges critical employee and client data with internal platforms, external partners, and administrators.
PDX plays a key role in the end to end client experience by ensuring that eligibility, enrollment, and coverage data is accurate, timely, and reliable. The systems supported by this team directly influence how easily clients onboard, how effectively partners integrate, and how confidently downstream teams can serve our Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS) customers.
This role is well suited for an engineer who is eager to grow technical skills, learn complex domains, and contribute to high impact systems in a collaborative, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and support of systems that ingest, validate, transform, and distribute client and employee data
- Learn and apply best practices for building and consuming RESTbased APIs that support internal platforms and external partners
- Support both filebased and APIdriven data exchange solutions, with guidance from senior engineers
- Develop an understanding of how data quality, timeliness, and system behavior impact the client and administrator experience
- Assist with enhancements and defect resolution in existing systems, including batch processing and integrations

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Conducts investigations in a manner consistent with company standards of objectivity, fairness and reasonableness making decisions on claims within appropriate approval authority. Also, an understanding of investigative procedures and resources in order to conduct a prompt, objective and complete investigation of the claim facts.
Working knowledge of policy provisions exclusions and state regulations to ensure claims are handled accordingly and recommendations are appropriate. This includes working closely with internal legal and medical experts. This is done while maintaining awareness of expenses and client performance guarantees.
Conductsresearch by email and phone with a variety of people (internal and external partners) to gather information necessary to continue or complete the review of a claim.
Documents and communicates claim status and decision in a clear and organized manner to all interested parties.
Exercises flexibility and creativity while making logical and high-quality decisions.
Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience.

Position Overview
As a ServiceNow Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and automating the existing infrastructure and supporting processes for the ServiceNow Platform. Your focus will be on executing and maintaining environments that support both internal and external application solutions, ensuring technologies are available and performing to meet business needs. You will define and implement technology solutions within the ServiceNow platform that align with Securian's business objectives and overall IT strategies. You will design, develop, and deploy applications within the ServiceNow platform. Collaboration with diverse business and technology teams will be essential. You will research trends impacting the ServiceNow technology platform. Finally, you will provide direction, guidance, and thought leadership to ITSM process owners to enhance their competency in leveraging CMDB, incident, problem, asset, change, knowledge, and service catalog management processes, streamlining operations.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintain, support, and develop the ServiceNow platform via scripting and system configurations.
Establish design and capability guidelines for new and existing ServiceNow features to ensure platform integrity.
Architect and implement integrations with ServiceNow, third-party solutions, and internally developed applications.
Research, recommend, design, and implement ServiceNow platform services, including workflows, ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Performance Analytics, CMDB, and ITAM.
Train internal associates and administrators in the use and configuration of ServiceNow applications.
Own your code from design to delivery, including test automation and detailed documentation.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ServiceNow system issues or operational support tickets.
Provide rotational after-hours on-call support for ServiceNow production issues.
Qualifications:
2+ years of engineering experience with the ServiceNow technology platform or a comparable Service Management technology platform.
Proficient in using ServiceNow or equivalent Service Management tools for analysis, design, development, and integration with other applications, including 3rd party software.
Skilled in configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Orchestration.
Project management and leadership skills with a proven ability to deliver outcomes on complex service management initiatives and transformations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information and ideas at all business levels.
Proven ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs, creatively approach solutions, and influence appropriate courses of action.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience deploying, implementing, administering, configuring, and/or developing solutions on the ServiceNow technology platform.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, education, and certification.
Broad technical experience that includes integrations and infrastructure build and support.
ServiceNow Administrator certification, with additional development certifications/experience (e.g., Advanced System Administration, Certified Application Developer, Application Creation).
Experience and understanding of web technologies, SaaS solutions, and development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with application integrations using technologies such as SOAP or REST Web Services, JDBC/ODBC, and flat files.
Experience with ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
Knowledge of Information Protection strategies (DR, encryption).
Understanding of data management and concepts such as data normalization, record retention, and archiving.
ITIL certification V3/V4.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Investment Risk Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building an investment risk framework that allows us to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our investment portfolios. You also will oversee the risk in portfolios related to our reinsurance trusts and other third-party managers.
As the Investment Risk Manager, you'll be required to have a deep understanding of investment risk principles and investment strategies, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with various departments across Securian Asset Management and its parent company, Securian Financial Group.
Collaborate with the investment, data, technology, and leadership teams to build an investment risk monitoring framework that will enable efficient monitoring of identified attributes at defined intervals.
Utilize the investment risk monitoring framework to monitor risks within specific asset classes and across the entire client portfolio.
Lead discussions among investment professionals and leadership on which risk attributes to monitor and appropriate guidelines for each attribute.
Initiate notification processes when risk attributes fall outside of established guidelines.
Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate potential impacts on portfolios.
Raise concerns with portfolio teams and leadership where investment risks fall outside of established guidelines or in anticipation of potential movement outside of guidelines.
Partner with Securian's Enterprise Risk Management Team to incorporate investment risk controls into our broader enterprise risk management view.
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices on investment risk oversight.
Produce ad hoc reporting in support of the CIO, Securian AM leadership, and enterprise partners to provide transparency on investment risk attributes on an as-needed basis.
Represent the investment risk function when appropriate at various forums (i.e., enterprise committees, fund boards, corporate committees, and corporate boards).
Develop oversight framework tailored to individual 3rd party relationships, including specific investment guidelines.
Monitor investment risk attributes of externally managed portfolios.
Coordinate with enterprise partners on comprehensive 3rd party investment management oversight process.
Consult with enterprise partners on investment risk considerations for potential new relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management within the asset management or insurance industry, with a focus on credit risk
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrated aptitude for leveraging data and systems to produce effective monitoring and reporting
Understanding of asset risk theory, relevant analytical and numerical modeling techniques, and industry-standard risk metrics that quantify various dimensions of asset risk
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate and gain buy-in across various teams within Securian AM and the Securian enterprise
Ability to stand firm in risk management principles and make tough decisions
