We are seeking a highly motivated Capital Markets Associate (2–5 PQE) to join our San Francisco office. The associate will work with emerging growth companies, public companies, investment banks, and private equity sponsors on a broad range of equity and debt capital markets transactions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions in the technology and life sciences sectors, often involving venture-backed companies and major investment banks.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- JD from a top law school.
- Admission to the California Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
- 2–6 years of experience in capital markets or securities at a major law firm.
- Experience working on IPO and public securities offerings.
- Strong understanding of U.S. securities laws and regulations.
Preferred Experience
- Experience representing technology or venture-backed companies.
- Familiarity with venture capital and growth-stage financing ecosystems in Silicon Valley.

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for positively impacting regulatory standards and clinical outcomes of clinics in an assigned geographic region. The incumbent in this role will be expected to travel throughout LA County ; 75% travel is expected, with (4) days in the field and (1) remote day. The CS is also responsible for the training of new employees and current clinical staff. The CS will also be responsible for conducting in-services and review classes, ensuring that the clinics have properly trained staff that meet regulatory standards and provide quality patient care. The CS reports directly to the next level of clinical management which may be the Director of Clinical Operations or Vice President of Clinical Operations/Services, depending on the region/demographics or responsibilities.

- Responsible for overseeing overall clinical operation of assigned clinics from regulatory and growth perspective in accordance with Company goals.
- Assist in clinical operational development and transition of new or acquired clinic(s) as needed or requested.

- Communicate with clinical operations management and regional management on a consistent basis regarding the status of each clinic in the region.
- Ensure all clinical staff meet required qualifications for position held and perform duties within limitations established by and in accordance with company policy/procedures, health care professionals practice acts, applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
- Orient and mentor Administrators in the QAPI process, outcomes, education programs and operational readiness in accordance with USRC practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:

- Current RN or LVN/LPN license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current and in good standing.
- Two (2) years experience in providing nursing care to patients on maintenance dialysis within the last three (3) years.
- Must have extensive knowledge of dialysis industry standards and regulations governing ESRD facilities.
- Previous dialysis management experience preferred.
- CNN or CHN certification preferred within two (2) years of accepting position. Individuals assigned to Georgia clinics must apply for CNN or CHN certification within thirty (30) days of accepting position and obtain certification within six (6) months.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire; CPR Trainer Certificate may be required.
- Valid driver' license in applicable state. License must be maintained as current, without restrictions and good driving record.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are required. Ability to read, analyze and write reports.

Role Purpose
