- Must have completed at least one 13-week travel assignment prior to applying
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN or ASN) required
- Must pass an on-site Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test prior to starting the assignment
- English fluency required (speak, read, write)
Additional Information
- Provides direct patient care using the nursing process, including assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting individual patient needs
- Coordinates care through collaboration with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team
- Responsible for clinical supervision of LPNs and non-licensed assistive personnel
- Administers medications and treatments as prescribed and documents according to policy
- Identifies and addresses patient and family learning and discharge needs throughout the episode of care
- The on-site BCA test is administered on the first day of orientation; candidates have one opportunity to re-test if they do not pass initially — a second failure will result in contract termination
