Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Machine Operator based in Londonderry, NH.


The Machine Operator will be responsible for all operational activities related to safety, product safety, line efficiency, performance and ingredient usage of the assigned production line.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Responsible for personal and personnel safety for the assign production line and make recommendations for improvements to supervision.
  • Responsible for the product quality of the assigned line, to include ensuring that all components used in the process match our Stonyfield standard (correct white mass, fruit dosing flavor injection, cups, lids, cup code, box code)
  • Responsible for monitoring the weight control, line checks, changeovers, start up, shutdown and other process at the line.
  • Responsible to ensure Stonyfield products are aligned with specification, making adjustments when needed and reporting any deviations to maintenance and supervision.
  • Responsible for ensuring the housekeeping, General Manufacturing Practice compliance, and respect for the zoning for the assigned production line.
  • Responsible to ensure all containers used in the production process have proper labels to be in compliance
  • Responsible for the Clean in Place (CIP) of the assigned production line, ensuring high level of sanitation is performed and working to stay within CIP expected timeframe allotted for the assigned line.
  • Responsible to ensure operator control sheets have accurate information related to the fruit and flavor consumption for each SKU run.
  • Being able to deal with changes in the work environment, being an active contributor to positive changes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Key responsibilities for this position include:


Primary Project: Build a sales dashboard for Fresh Direct that provides an overview of sales and promotional performance at a Universal Product Code (UPC) level to help strengthen field sales planning and execution.

  • Develop a dashboard that uploads data from the Fresh Direct Insights Hub and then generates key charts and graphs outlining UPC sales and promotional performance across the category.
  • Prepare key findings within the following categories: high/low performing products, gaps in assortment, promotional formatting and optimization recommendations to share with the Revenue Growth Management team and the Omnichannel Marketing team.
  • Document these findings, and be prepared to attend meetings with Fresh Direct, alongside the Sales Manager, where you will be asked to present your key findings and recommendations.

  • Perform basic audit of portfolio and identify any gaps and recommend any optimizations across carousels, product titles, bullet points, and other content areas.
  • Identify top-performing brands/products at retailer using Unify, and then analyze product detail pages, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for our own listings.

Job Description

Supports the operational control and documentation of the warehouse shipping and receiving activities. This role is responsible for managing system transactions, maintaining accurate operational records, supporting inventory processes, and assisting with load planning to ensure efficient and reliable warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and post shipping and receiving transactions in the Genesis system

  • Maintain accurate documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Support load planning and coordinate truck scheduling with the operations team

  • Generate inventory reports and materials required for cycle counts and inventory activities.

  • Monitor operational data and ensure system accuracy between physical and system inventory.

  • Assist with preparation and verification of Bills of Lading (BOL), packing lists, and shipping documentation.

  • Support communication between warehouse operations, logistics partners, and internal teams.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational organization, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping & receiving operations.
  • Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Lead 7-12 Loss Prevention Associates of different levels.
  • Conduct and resolve theft investigations; identify and resolve shrink control deficiencies.
  • Partner with district and store management to identify shrink priorities and develop shrinkage reduction strategies within your assigned district.
  • Coordinate and deliver all Loss Prevention Training and Orientations; provide developmental training.
  • Support what we value: Customer Service, Open Door, Diversity, Safety, and Legal Relations.
  • Manage the staffing plan; recruit, interview, and hire Loss Prevention staff.
  • Effectively coach, train, and develop all members of our loss prevention team within the district.


Who We Are Looking For: You.

  • 2+ years of management experience as a multi-unit Loss Prevention leader.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with loss prevention and operations leaders to effectively drive shrink.
  • Knowledge of dynamic Loss Prevention methods and shrink strategies.
  • Strong management and supervisory skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations.
  • Strong investigation and interviewing skills.
