The Opportunity

Outrig has developed a portfolio of ancillary services — wash and detail, valet, concierge, monthly RV check-ins, trip and season readiness, and more — and we're in the process of rolling them out across our properties. The strategy is in place. What we need now is someone to execute it: getting services running consistently at each location, making sure customers know about them, tracking the numbers, and doing whatever it takes to make these programs profitable.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You'll be on the ground working with property teams, coordinating vendors, solving day-to-day problems, and keeping a close eye on revenue and costs. What You'll Do

Execute the Services Rollout

• Drive consistent delivery of ancillary services — wash, detail, valet, concierge, monthly check-ins — across Outrig's property portfolio

• Work hand-in-hand with property managers to make sure services are set up, staffed, and running at each location

• Coordinate vendors and third-party service providers, holding them accountable to quality and timeliness

• Build simple checklists and processes so service quality is consistent regardless of location or who's on the ground

Own the Numbers

• Track revenue, costs, and margins for each service at each property — know what's profitable and what isn't

• Monitor customer adoption and identify opportunities to increase attach rates

• Bring a point of view on what's working and what needs to change, backed by data

• Work with leadership to set targets and report progress on a regular cadence

Iterate & Improve

• Gather feedback from customers and property teams to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities

• Stay on top of pilot property performance and help prepare recommendations for broader rollout

Keep Stakeholders Aligned

• Maintain clear visibility into rollout status across the portfolio and flag issues early

● Create, produce and edit high quality videos (footage, motion graphics, narration, music, etc.),

audio, and photography for marketing initiatives, company events and social media

● Responsible for lighting and shooting a diverse range of high-quality video content;

maintaining video, lighting, and audio equipment; and naming, transferring, and storing media

● Conduct professional photography at various job sites and company events to support

marketing assets.

● Ensure all marketing materials reflect the Company’s brand character and adhere to established

brand standards.

● Determine and prepare necessary equipment for each job, including cameras, audio and video

recorders, microphones, and props.

● Assist in developing studio schedules and project timelines that enable productive and efficient

implementation of audio recording, video/photo shoots including any set builds, shoot time, post-

work and approvals

● Participate in the ongoing improvement of marketing processes to increase overall department

productivity.

● Independently troubleshoot solutions when projects fall off plan, demonstrating a solution-

oriented approach to maintaining production deadlines.

● Partner with the marketing team to develop advertising, branding and product development

concepts, and work with the conference team to implement yearly sales events.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent, a four-year college degree in Visual

Communication Technology (VCT) or a related field and 2 to 4 years of work experience in video

editing required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific

certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Need to be

comfortable with heights; ability to climb ladders/extension ladders. Ability to climb, traverse and

maneuver across different roof levels while adhering to fall protection requirements as necessary.

Skills required in Adobe Creative Cloud include Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition. Knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat along with proficiency in Microsoft Office a

plus. Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. use of protective gear). Driving is a requirement for this position. Must have the ability to think creatively, multi-task, work independently and also cooperatively as a team member. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and ability to create on a short deadline. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to travel both domestically and internationally, so the ability to travel by plane, operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driver’s license are required. Must have a vehicle in good working condition and ensure it meets all safety, insurance, and legal requirements. Overnight domestic and international travel required.

We are partnering with a nationally recognized retail and consumer goods leader to support their search for a Senior Director, Fleet & Logistics. This is a high‑impact, strategic role overseeing one of the largest commercial fleets in the sector and driving last‑mile delivery performance across the U.S. and LATAM. This position will report directly into senior operations leadership and will be responsible for shaping fleet strategy, improving delivery efficiency, and leading key transformation initiatives across a large, distributed network.

The Role:

  • Lead the full strategy, lifecycle, and performance of a 5k+ vehicle fleet (passenger cars, vans, box trucks, leadership vehicles) across the U.S. and LATAM.
  • Oversee final‑mile delivery operations supporting 500+ stores across 150 districts.
  • Direct all routing platforms and delivery planning systems, including oversight of routing changes, vehicle classification, and performance optimization.
  • Drive improvements in cost per delivery, miles per delivery, route efficiency, schedule design, and fleet utilization.
  • Partner closely with IT on the integration of a new POS system, combining order management and delivery management into a fully modernized platform.
  • Monitor networkwide delivery performance using analytics, KPIs, benchmarking, and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Lead change management initiatives across a large and diverse field organization, including delivery teams, dispatch, and district leadership.
  • Lead and director the fleet management team
  • Build strong relationships with Sales, Operations, Safety, and IT to ensure alignment across all fleet and delivery programs.

The Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree preferred
  • Experience overseeing a large commercial vehicle fleet
  • Proven background in high‑volume, rapid‑turn delivery environments
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience using data to drive decisions and performance improvement.
  • Comfortable working directly with field teams, delivery personnel, and sales leadership in an operational setting.
