As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be a part of our Vehicle Design and Integration team. Your work will help bring together mechanical, electrical, navigation, control, and safety requirements to produce complex electrical systems that are key to the success of our efforts to automate aviation. You'll collaborate with a broad set of teams to develop a system architecture and incorporate requirements across the hardware/software stack.

Responsibilities

In your role as an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for refining and implementing our Avionics system architecture and driving its physical implementation. You will drive the system-level design, testing, and integration of avionics hardware, including computing, sensing, actuation, communication, power, and display systems. You will work across engineering teams and will implement an electrical system design that meets system-level and certification requirements. You will be the owner of multiple components (IMUs, air data computers, batteries) and will be responsible for how they are installed in the aircraft, verified, and certified at the aircraft level.

Basic Success Criteria

• Electrical Engineering fundamentals, typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree of Science or Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related discipline

• Hands-on experience with electrical system development, integration, or testing

As a Senior Accountant at Reliable Robotics, you will report to the Controller. You will take ownership of a wide breadth of accounting responsibilities to maintain and improve upon the processes and standards that will guide Reliable into the future. You'll work with stakeholders across the company and within the finance team, developing your experience to help set the direction for our financial governance.

Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for several accounting functions within the company. You will execute and maintain high-quality work to ensure accuracy and completeness while collaborating with outside parties on a variety of tasks detailed below:

• Support account reconciliations, flux analysis, and month end close activities

• Manage Day-to-day functions with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash cycles

• Assist with our company's financial audits including audit schedule support

• Prepare hourly & salaried payroll for semi-monthly processing

You will work closely with product owners and end users to develop solutions that enable and optimize engineering development workflows. The software you produce will be critical to the development and certification of the first fully autonomous aircraft.

Responsibilities

In your role as an internal tool developer, you will develop applications, infrastructure, and tools used by engineering to capture product requirements and interface definitions, model the product architecture and design, and reduce and analyze flight and lab test data. You will supercharge the engineering organization's efficiency and effectiveness by streamlining tools and processes. You will work with other teams and stakeholders to establish technical and UX design requirements for these projects and own the "plan, code, build, test, release, deploy" lifecycle of these applications and services.

Rite-HiteService Technicianswill install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities. In addition, Service Technicians act as a technical resource for our customers and our sales force. This position works independently or in small teams in a field service environment, and is a primary customer contact.

The pay range for this position is $20-35. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. How You'll Contribute:
This Service Delivery Manager (SDM) be responsible for successfully representing and leading highly talented On-Site Audio-Visual Support Teams.

The SDM will manage on-site team personnel and act as a liaison to Diversified to ensure the employee feels part of Diversified while working on site daily at client location.

What You'll Do:

• Manage U. S. On Site Audio Visual team personnel and act as liaison between the client and Diversified ensuring that employees feel they are part of Diversified while still working every day at client site.
  
  
• Responsible for the fulfillment of the client SOW requirements, as it relates to the talents and skills needed to deliver. Responsible for delivery of services with On Site personnel. Interview and place candidates for Service clients. Write and modify job descriptions, post, interview for skills and fit.
  
  
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to create standards for employee onboarding to deliver committed to On Site Services. Ensure employee logistics, set client expectations, hours of operations and manage overtime and billing. Oversee onboarding activities such as badging, security requirements, etc.
  
  
• Develop training plans to ensure team members are meeting their KPIs within client needs and committed SOW. Manage overall SLA compliance for service to monitor and track performance. Manage and Schedule operations to Ensure action items are being administered/performed timely and efficiently.
  
  
• Provide expertise in transforming client requirements into actionable operational trackable deliverables, be the Central point of reporting for service-related activity across the enterprise.
  
  
• SDM will provide insight/reporting of onsite activities. Host Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to present our SLAs, overall project(s) status, next quarter focus, areas that need attention.
  
  
• Develop ways for onsite team track metrics of the event production team in scheduling, forecasting, and reporting on capacity planning for both people and equipment requirements Identify needs and support creation of team structure as Services expands (supervisors, managers, team leads). Specific metrics such as number of meeting requests, break-fix cases and A/V room sweeps including client user survey comments are pulled from the client ticketing system and AV dashboards to show performance statistics for all Diversified AV technicians as well as all client sites with AV case requests globally.
  
  
• Ensure client satisfaction is maintained.
  
  
• Ensure proper accounting of resources, bill rates, utilization and tracking is in place.
  
  
• Provide insight, coaching and professional development to team to enhance knowledge and technical skills. Employee development and mentoring of professional goals for individual contributors.
  
  
• Contract Management for Internal Diversified Coordination & Deliverables.
  
  
• Risk Management and Issue tracking.

What You'll Bring:

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 5+ years in an Audio Visual/Video operations, Account management, Productions, Studio Operations Management, technology managerial role or similar is required.
  
  
• 5+ years of experience in onsite service delivery
  
  
• 2+ years management, leadership of onsite service personnel + P&L responsibility
  
  
• Familiarity with AV Systems and Meeting Support
  
  
• Experience with recruitment, employee management, and general HR concepts preferred.
  
  
• People leadership skills, technical capability, professionalism, self-motivation, self-discipline,
  
  
• focus and attention to detail.
  
  
• Working knowledge of SOWs, Contracts, Managed Services and Deliverables is a major asset.
  
  
• Experience working within a ticketing system and managing service tickets/incidents.
  
  
• Ability to shift quickly between tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  
  
• Ability to organize and schedule work & personnel effectively.
  
  
• Experience working in a corporate environment is an asset.
  
  
• Strong Microsoft Office skills are required (PPT, Excel especially).

Leading asset manager is seeking a Private Funds/Investment Management Attorney to provide advice, support and research on a broad variety of legal, regulatory and general corporate matters for private fund fundraising efforts and ongoing operation of their Specialty Finance business, which focuses on short-duration, asset-based investments. Looking for a specialty finance funds background. Ideal candidate will have private credit/asset-backed experience.

About the Role

The position will support a registered investment adviser focused on private fund fundraising and investing, including for both closed-end funds and evergreen funds. The position will report to the General Counsel covering the business. Competitive salary and generous bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, support and research on legal, regulatory and corporate matters.

Qualifications
