In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). Included within the various requirements for having a Gestational Contract validated by a Texas court is that the intended parents must be married and the surrogate must have previously carried a child to term. Additionally, there are residency requirements that apply to either the surrogate or the intended parents, but not both.

What You’ll Do
Courtroom Advocacy & Litigation
- Handle a full caseload of full-representation non-payment and holdover proceedings in Bronx Housing Court
