We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive Lead Magento Admin to join our team. In this role, you will help administer eComm Magento system to enable & configure products and set up cart price rules.
Summary
This role is responsible for managing and creating all shopping cart price rules within the Magento platform to drive sales and customer engagement. The specialist will use the Magento admin panel to define and implement promotional strategies, ensuring that rules are correctly configured and effective.
Responsibilities
• Create and manage cart price rules: Design, build, and maintain shopping cart rules in the Magento admin panel to support various marketing campaigns and promotional goals.
• Define rule conditions: Set up specific conditions for rules to trigger, such as a minimum subtotal, a certain number of items, a specific product or category, customer group, or shipping method.
• Implement discount actions: Configure the type of discount to be applied, including percentage off, a fixed amount discount, or free shipping. For "Buy X, Get Y" promotions, set up the quantity conditions and the free item quantity.
• Configure rule settings: Manage rule information including rule names, descriptions, start and end dates, and coupon codes. Set limits on how many times a rule can be used. troubleshooting customer complaints on discounts not applied on the sales orders. Coupon code generations
• Apply rules to specific websites and customer groups: Ensure rules are correctly assigned to the appropriate websites and customer segments.
• Communicate with stakeholders: Work with marketing and sales teams to understand promotional needs and translate them into functional Magento rules.

About You
Your contribution
As a member of the Retail Operations team, this associate will be responsible for consulting with our ShopRite and Alternate Banner Members, store management and retail staff with regard to the operations and merchandising of our Produce Departments. The Produce Merchandiser will consult with our Members, retail staff and subsidiaries on all innovative/state of the art merchandising strategies and technological advances to ensure long-term growth and profitability. A successful merchandiser analyzes market trends, understands the importance of seasonality and creativity in the craft. This associate will counsel our stores regarding departmental sales, gross profit, labor, shrink, product quality, training and customer service. This is accomplished through the establishment of Member/Store specific business plans which enhance market share, build sales, and ensure profitability in their respective trade areas. This merchandiser will conduct store visits to ensure merchandising standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are in place in order to deliver consistent execution and financial results by leading and coaching for improvement. This individual shares best practices throughout the cooperative. In addition, this merchandiser will also be charged with the implementation and successful execution of all resets, remodels, new store setups, divisional programs, initiatives, and openings.
What you will do
- Provide knowledge and product information on various produce commodities to Wakefern procurement staff, Members, and Store personnel to enhance merchandising mix and sales opportunities.
- Convey leading edge knowledge of new, innovative concepts to ShopRite Members, Alternate Banner Members, Supervisors, and Store staff.
- Counsel Membership on all regulatory laws and compliance issues.
- Develop store Member Business Plans with sales goals, objectives, and measurables.
- Conduct quarterly Produce Manager/Supervisor meetings to introduce new products, concepts, and innovations plus solicit feedback on how Wakefern can provide better support and service.
- Monitor ad activity and retail pricing in ShopRite market areas.
- Assist in all remodels and new store openings.
- Develop value-added product lines to support the customer trends.

- In conjunction with Tech, develop user-friendly sales and gross profit reports and merchandising information (ie: QA scores, customer service measurements, demographics, etc.) to support perishables goals and objectives.
What we’re looking for
- Four year college degree strongly preferred. Equivalent retail supermarket experience will be considered in lieu of college degree.
- Minimum 3 years in Produce Department management / supervisory experience in operations and merchandising
- Refined organizational and problem-solving skills; able to develop ideas and procedures
- Strong time management skills; must be able to follow-through on multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $80,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

Phlebotomist will work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. In addition, you will be provided opportunities for continuous growth within the organization.
**Pay Range: $17.75 - $24.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data
Phlebotomists may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, provides basic care to acutely ill patients. Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment. Performs EKG's and Venipuncture as directed by the Registered Nurse.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Phlebotomy experience
- Basic Life Support certification
- PCA/PCT (Patient Care Associate/Patient Care Technician) diploma with 6 months to 1 year of previous work experience within the last 6 months in an healthcare setting OR
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR PCA/PCT diploma with National Health Career Association certification OR
- EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certification OR
- Enrolled in an accredited nursing school program and has completed Nursing Fundamentals level coursework in lieu of PCA/PCT diploma/certification OR
- Provides evidence of completion in Nursing Fundamental level coursework OR
- Evidence of Completion in of a Nursing Assistant training program OR
- Home Health Aide experience
If the candidate has no prior clinical experience or training, yet has a HS diploma or an anticipated graduate in 3 months, SJH will train upon hire.
Effective January 2019, St. Joseph's Health requires certifications for Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) to be granted through the American Heart Association.
Effective 9/12/2019 to 9/20/2021:
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required at time of hire or must obtain BLS certification within 6 months of hire, Phlebotomy/blood drawing experience preferred but will train, and 1 of the following: PCA/PCT (Patient Care Associate/Patient Care Technician) diploma with 6 months to 1 year of previous work experience within the last 6 months in an healthcare setting OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification OR PCA/PCT diploma with National Health Career Association certification OR EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) certification OR Enrolled in an accredited nursing school program and has completed Nursing Fundamentals level coursework in lieu of PCA/PCT diploma/certification OR provides evidence of completion in Nursing Fundamental level coursework OR evidence of completion in a Nursing Assistant training program OR 5 to 7 years of previous direct patient care hospital experience.
Prior to 9/12/2019:
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
