Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D product renders for website, Amazon, retail, and marketing materials.
• Develop strong brand-forward creative assets aligned with modern CPG design standards.
• Execute cohesive visual identity systems across packaging, digital, and retail environments.
• Demonstrate advanced typography knowledge including font selection, hierarchy, spacing, and brand-consistent type usage.
• Design creative assets for social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and paid social campaigns.
• Edit, resize, and retouch product photography and prepare assets for multiple digital platforms.
• Assist as the labeling graphic designer for ongoing product development and packaging updates.
• Ensure all labeling materials comply with internal corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Participate in project meetings and provide updates to supervisors and senior team members

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within a regulated industry
• Proven experience in 3D product rendering, modeling, and photorealistic visualization
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of industry best practices in labeling and documentation

Mandatory Skills

• 3D Rendering, Modeling, and Design.
• Strong brand development and visual identity execution experience.

Operational Leadership:

• Design and execute warehouse workflows, optimize layout planning, and establish KPIs to meet performance targets and client SLAs.
• Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff. Oversee labor planning, shift scheduling, and staffing based on volume trends and business needs.
• Implement and refine SOPs to drive consistency, improve quality, reduce errors, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and reconciliation, minimize shrinkage, and maintain product quality through robust QC processes.
• Supervise the receipt, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, ensuring all activities are completed safely and on time.

• Monitor and analyze operational metrics, generate weekly/monthly performance reports, and develop actionable insights to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in 3PL or warehouse operations, including team management
• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS/OMS) and operational KPIs
• Experience in process design, warehouse planning, and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into operational improvements
• Bilingual in Mandarin is REQUIRED

• Prior experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment

Responsibilities

• Design and execute compelling packaging concepts, branding elements, and in-box graphics for hard home goods and pet accessories, ensuring alignment with brand identity and retail requirements.

As an Onsite Procurement Specialist/Buyer, you'll be embedded at customer facilities to ensure the seamless coordination of inventory and material operations.
