Position: Operations GM & Executive Chef

Growing Hospitality Services provider seeks a new Chef/General Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement client facing menus, written menu proposals, regional menus. Recipes and promotional foods and tastings as required.
• Visits Clients, Vendors, and offers/Performs food demonstrations at FBO’s and conferences.
• Utilize Shipday for all logistical information. All employees who are organizing or delivering catering are required to use Shipday for all order logistics and deliveries to include delivery photo corporate requirements.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong Managerial skills, including team building, hiring, skills training, discipline, performance reviews, cross-training and employee development.
• Supports quality and execution of catering operation, supervises and trains staff, oversees the quality and accuracy of preparation and service of food and concierge services.
• Responsible for supporting the District Manager in operational execution of all culinary events, including regional menu coordination, leads and creates plans for staff training, development, and approving payroll records.
• Supports District Manager, Payroll Department, HR, IT & Finance in processing Payroll/Labor, scheduling, performance reviews, training, hiring, discipline and all related paperwork on time and accurately.
• Responsible for supporting the kitchen’s financial performance in accordance with all established quality performance standards, corporate guidelines, and budgets.
• Responsible for managing kitchen adherence to execute corporate guidelines in maintaining operations, HACCP/food safety & premium quality, customer
• Manages cleaning and maintenance of all company assets and arranges for repairs, contracts, and other services.
• Conduct monthly inventory for kitchen & locker products.
• Assists DM in local sales promotions, client relationship visits, communicating and recording- reporting inventory, and all local purchasing and receiving policies and procedures.
• Supports District Manager in communicating and maintaining client relationships with local client base.
• Supports District Manager in supervising local employees in compliance with the most recent company handbook and in a manner consistent with company established goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in hands-on culinary operations with Safe Food Handling Certificate preferred.
• 5+ years in food/Bev operations management experience overseeing staff, client engagement, inventory management, systems & process implementation.
• Strong experience in food purchasing/ordering, inventory, setting up par levels, recipe selection, culinary preparation methods and knife skills are essential.
• Must have a base knowledge of finance and accounting principles and Department of Health Regulations.
• Must demonstrate ability to schedule and manage P&L, labor and food cost within a budget.
• Must be able to manage fulfillment team and process as well as vehicle fleet, off-site employee management and the expenses associated with this business component.
• Multi-lingual is preferred (Spanish/French).
• A flexible work schedule required, including weekends and holidays and frequent travel (approximately 10%)
• Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

The Operations Manager, Event Pop-Ups plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of large-scale events through expert staffing, onboarding, logistics, and operational management. This traveling position requires flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in different cities, leading and supporting new on-site teams at each event, and fostering smooth collaboration across internal departments, vendors, and partners. This role is critical to maintaining consistent operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience across all event locations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Manage comprehensive event onboarding processes, including team member outreach, independent contractor agreements, and pay acknowledgment forms.
• Partner with Legal, People Practices, and Compliance teams to ensure all staffing and contractual matters meet company and regulatory standards.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with event team members regarding schedules, uniforms, pay, service expectations, and group messaging.
• Oversee payroll submissions for event team members, verifying hours worked and reconciling discrepancies.
• Coordinate product and supply ordering, inventory tracking, and vendor relationships to ensure operational readiness.
• Prepare and manage Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), production schedules, and all relevant operational documentation.
• Collaborate with the Special Projects team to develop and maintain detailed event timelines, floor plans, and run-of-show schedules.
• Track and monitor event budgets and operational expenses, identifying discrepancies or overspending and reporting to the Special Projects team.
• Travel to event locations to provide on-site operational support, supervise team members, manage logistics, and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Conduct post-event debriefs and compile reports on team member performance, vendor relations, and operational improvements.
• Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned

EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

• High School Diploma Required or equivalent / Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in hospitality and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• 3-5 years of previous hospitality supervisory/management experience within a high-volume setting
• Previous experience in event operations, staffing coordination, and large-scale event logistics.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across internal teams, vendors, and event team members.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and support new teams in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Experience managing payroll, contracts, and vendor partnerships.
• Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
• Must be willing and able to travel frequently and adapt to varying event environments and team structures.
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
• 21+ years of age

The Trust Associate role will perform a variety of functions within trust operations, using trust systems and other computer applications. The Trust Operations Associate must communicate effectively with a variety of constituents, both internal and external.

JOB DUTIES:

• Schedule incoming or outgoing ACH transactions, wire transactions and checks via the trust accounting system
• Work with internal service teams and external partners to coordinate check deposits, complex ACH, check and wire transactions
• Assist in resolving ACH, check and wire transaction questions
• Research and help clear cash & custodial transaction discrepancies
• Accurately apply funds for fee receivables and loan payments
• Assist in the investigation and research of disputes and suspicious or fraudulent activities, as needed
• Exception research and clearing
• Accurate input and maintenance of data in trust systems
• Creation and generation of dashboards, management reports, and other trust reporting needs, on an ad hoc and scheduled basis

ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking skilled Make-Ready Designers (primary focus) and Power Distribution Designers to support engineering programs for major electric and telecom utilities. Ideal candidates bring demonstrated experience in overhead utility pole design, NESC application, clearance assessment, pole loading analysis, and construction package development. Useful design platforms include DDS, Katapult, O-Calc, GIS, MicroStation, AutoCAD, or client-specific drafting systems.

In this role, you will review field/walkout data, evaluate existing attachment conditions, model pole loading, determine make-ready requirements, and prepare accurate construction-ready deliverables. Applicants without utility pole design or distribution engineering experience will not be considered.

Note: This position is remote, but new hires must attend a 2-week paid, in-person orientation at our Perrysburg, OH headquarters.
