What You'll Do
* Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy
* Answer and route calls on a multi-line phone system with excellent phone etiquette
* Provide customer support via phone, email, and in person
* Perform data entry and maintain organized, accurate filing systems
* Proofread documents for clarity and accuracy before distribution
* Read billing invoices and calculate balances accurately (addition/subtraction required)
* Support administrative tasks including scanning, copying, and document organization
* Assist with special projects and occasional personal assistant duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional office setting
* Strong clerical skills and understanding of office procedures
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
* Excellent typing, data entry, and computer skills
* Strong organizational and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
* Professional communication skills and exceptional phone etiquette
* Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Bilingual skills strongly preferred to support our diverse clients
