Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field
• Clear, active and unrestricted license LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, in the state of Massachusetts

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience post master's degree providing behavioral health services
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families
• Experience working with computers for professional communication and medical documentation - Excel, Outlook, Athena RMS (or other EHRs)

Pay Range: $69,100 - $103,800 annual total cash target pay

Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full time employment and generally follows the range above, includes earnings from hourly pay (25/hr) and incentive pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. What you'll achieve
As part of our Server Product Management Team, you will be responsible for cross-functional management of AI-optimized product(s) or solution(s) through their entire life-cycle to achieve P&L goals. Also to uses technical and industry experience to formulate product/ solution strategies, working across functional areas to implement product/solution strategies. You'll also be analyzing markets to determine opportunities, ensuring offerings are defined to maximize profitability. You will be a Subject Matter Expertise (SME) for internal and external product events, including analyst meetings, press interviews, sales training and partner meetings.

You will:
Manage requirements for new complex product and solution offerings, including feature/cost trade off decisions, trade marking important features, and driving peripheral requirements for product platforms.
Lead cross-functional product teams
Lead business case for enhancements or new products; makes recommendations and negotiates with other functional leaders
Lead the most complex requirements gathering and management; provides interpretation and recommendations
Be a SME for external and internal product events

Essential Requirements

Experience in defining long-term product strategy and vision
Business and entrepreneurial acumen with strategic and critical thinking along with ability to lead executive presentations on product strategy
Strong technical acumen with a history of building/delivering enterprise server products especially AI enabled products and components including but limited to GPU's, CPU accelerators
Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope and scheduling and deploying new feature sets
Experience in writing product and customer requirements and using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize decision-making
Desirable Requirements
Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience
Familiarity with AI (Artificial Intelligence)

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $216,000 - $280,000.

We build enterprise-grade, massively scalable cluster-based storage systems running across Linux and BSD. Our portfolio includes a multi-petabyte S3 object store and a scale-out NAS platform. We’re a modern, scrum-based engineering org that ships with high velocity and quality, using the best tools, hardware, and practices.
As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to our platform stack, the foundation upon which these products are built.  Help us decide where your strengths best fit as you onboard. If you can explain how and where you’ll add outsized value in a distributed storage architecture, we want to talk.

You will:
Manage platform engineering development/test environments  to support platform performance testing, customer failure replication, network configuration and hardware component qualification
Debug  product networking issues
Maintain system settings  and security adherence including BIOS, firmware and OS components
Load, configure, test and support  unstructured storage appliance clusters
Qualify hardware  components (drives, cables, etc.), firmware and/or software
Assist in physical install  and set up hardware in Massachusetts development and testing environments (Hopkinton and Franklin)

Demonstrable working proficiency with Cisco-style Layer 2 switch configuration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Demonstrable working proficiency with Linux OS installation/deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (SUSE a plus)
Proficiency with bare-metal server hardware environments at scale, and remote platform management concepts (IPMI, PXE)
Familiarity with updating system components (BIOS, Firmware, OS)
Scripting experience (Python preferred)

Network configuration expertise (Layer 3 GbE)
Network configuration expertise (Infiniband)
Exposure to Ubuntu Linux, Cumulus Linux, and/or FreeBSD
Experience with fault tolerant and highly available systems
Drive (HDD and SSD) experience
Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
Solid knowledge and application of engineering concepts
Knowledge of Intel based architecture
8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience

Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The base salary range for this position:  $178,500 to $230,000
