Key responsibilities this position will perform include:
- Develops and implements strategic plans for hospitals to maximize organ/tissue donation potential.
- Engages with physicians, nurses, and coroner/medical examiner staff to facilitate organ/tissue donation and champions process improvement initiatives.
- Serves as a liaison to hospital staff during the donation process, ensuring effective communication between the hospital, the donor’s family, and the organization.
- Develops and presents regular education to hospital staff on the benefits of and process for organ/tissue donation.
- Conducts data analysis and marketing initiatives to maximize potential in an effort to save and improve more lives.
- Documents all interactions with medical facilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, or related field.
- 2 years marketing experience, preferably within the medical or donation industry and/or related experience required.
- Understanding of the healthcare system and hospital operations.
- CPTC preferred.
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid Driver’s license with ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.

Leadership & HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
- Supervise and mentor HR staff
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to ensure a positive employee experience.
Employee Relations & Compliance
- Participate in investigations related to workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, ADA, HIPAA, EEO).
Benefits & Compensation
- Support annual open enrollment and related employee communications.
- Process benefit change requests.
Reporting & Data Management
- Maintain HRIS records and generate reports related to turnover, diversity, compensation, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years progressive HR experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HR processes is a plus.
