Our ideal candidate will have a background in labor and employment law, and a proven track record of successfully defending both private and public entities.

Responsibilities 1.
Drafting and arguing motions in both federal and state court.
2.
Providing legal counsel on a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, disability accommodations, terminations, and employment agreements.
3.
Developing strategies for handling litigation and other legal matters.
4.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Qualifications 1.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Admission to the TN and CA Bar.
3.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on labor and employment law.

Experience in drafting and arguing motions.

Experience defending private and public entities in federal and state court and before administrative agencies.

Superior written and verbal communication skills.
