Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary
Responsible for prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to ultimately close deals within a fast sales cycle. Your role as a Payroll Client Advisor is to close sales of our business solutions with merchants throughout the area. You will work closely with your local PDM or PTM to set appointments with business owners in person or face to face via your network and referral partnerships that you build. You will then run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions to close sales in small to mid-sized businesses.
During the training period, your PDM or PTM will accompany you on your initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet based CRM platform, Atlas, used for lead generation, sales presentations, on the spot client financial analysis and paperless contract processing. After training you will have the opportunity to set your own work schedule to maximize the upside of 100% commission and the residuals on the business you bring in.
