  • Full management of a caseload of 25-30 student-athletes (grades 9–12)
  • Strategic college admissions and enrollment planning

  • Direct coaching on outreach to college coaches
  • High-level parent communication and expectation setting
  • CRM documentation, milestone tracking, and deadline management

Job Qualifications

  • MA or NH resident
  • 3+ years of recent experience advising families on the college search and application process
  • Former NCAA college student-athlete, preferably at a high-academic college/university
  • Coaching experience at the high school or college level is a plus
  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification is a plus

You are required to travel to Wakefield, MA for weekly in-person staff meetings and be available to meet with clients at night and/or weekends.
