About the role:

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering or other hard science; MBA required
  • Proven experience as a COO or similar operational role within a high-customization, job shop manufacturing environment

The Instructor will teach classes onsite. Instructors are teaching mostly 1st and 2nd shift. The content is already created so the Instructor is not responsible for creating the content.

  • CMES ADPP Basics for BCA Quality


Job Summary:

  • Utilize teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.
  • Apply learning techniques to ensure student retention and prove competency in specific tasks and behaviors.
  • Manage the course training environment to enable the course content to be delivered as designed.
  • Delivers training sessions covering specified areas of technical specialty.
  • Deploys learning assessments to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of recommended training.
  • Travels to client sites as needed.
  • Participate in and prepare to deliver other courses within expertise domain knowledge areas


Qualifications:

Position responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies.
  • Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
  • Develops, identifies and implements conceptual designs and maintains the program architecture for build. Leads and implements manufacturing plans. Conducts producibility and variation analyses to ensure that manufacturing process capability matches requirements.
  • Assists in providing producibility information for inclusion in project plans and helps document producibility best practices.
  • Analyzes design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
  • Resolves tecnical problems of significant impact to performance, cost or schedule. Coordinates and implements new engineering principles, theories, advanced technologies and concepts.
