Summary:
The CHB Delivery Associate is responsible for coordinating and executing shipments to ensure service levels of clients are met on a daily basis. This role supports a small group of client accounts by expediting their shipments from start to finish; by development of familiarity with their import programs and products; by coordinating file processing with team members and other Company work groups.
Own all CHB operations services for the customers assigned to them, including but not limited to:
- Providing customer service to assigned customers and assisting customers with questions and requests for information.
- Processing Customs entries and OGA for clearance of goods.
- Opens entry files, and subsequently processes entries according to outlined KPI
- Coordinates clearance of shipments with forwarders, Steamship Lines, Airlines, to ensure shipments are released timely.
- Completes customer billing and/or other required reports.
- Ensures compliance with regard to OGA (FDA, F&W, EPA, FCC etc.)
- Completes tracking and tracing for inbound shipments.
- Completes billing timely according to KPI
- Coordination of delivery for shipments from airline, ocean piers and CFS (container freight station) to customer/consignee destination.
- Reviews entry documentation to ensure it meets government regulations.
- Maintain customer SOPs and make updates as needed
Qualifications:

About You
As a member of the Transportation Safety Department, the Transportation Safety & Compliance Administrator supports the Safety & Compliance Department by performing a wide range of administrative and data management tasks that help maintain the fleet’s overall safety and regulatory compliance. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive accident and damage files, updating federally mandated records such as the DOT Accident Register, and preparing monthly compliance reports. The position requires daily interaction with internal partners including Risk Management, Fleet Maintenance, and Safety Supervisors as well as external stakeholders such as insurance brokers, ticket management companies, and law enforcement agencies. The Administrator also prepares various departmental correspondence and provides general administrative support as assigned by the Manager of Safety & Compliance. Responsibilities:
The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Establish, organize, and maintain comprehensive files for all accident investigations, tractor damage, trailer damage, and miscellaneous damage claims.
- Update and track all accident documentation to ensure accurate and complete file records.
- Maintain the DOT‑mandated Accident Register, ensuring all required incidents are logged and updated in a timely manner, according to DOT requirements.
- Manage data and create the Monthly Accident Register report for internal distribution.
- Coordinate check requests and manage charge accounts for obtaining police accident reports.
- Maintain a 7‑year filing archive for all accident-related folders in accordance with regulatory retention requirements.

- Monitor and maintain the annual roster of drivers who qualify for safety recognition based on accident‑free performance.
- Manage New York City parking tickets, including sorting, reconciling, and reviewing ticket notices.
- Coordinate with third‑party ticket management companies, maintain an updated tracking spreadsheet, and prepare monthly payment compilations and check requests.
- Prepare driver Preventable and Non‑Preventable determination letters and distribute to appropriate parties.
- Draft and maintain the Monthly Motorists Complaints Report, including documentation of incidents and tracking involved drivers.
- Generate departmental correspondence and reports as assigned by the Manager, Safety & Compliance.
- Is daily point of contact for Safety Supervisors, supporting investigation processes, documentation needs, and operational safety initiatives.
- Coordinate with Fleet Maintenance regarding damage assessments for tractors and trailers involved in accidents.

The weekly salary range for this position is $1,113-$1511. Placement in the range depends on several factors, including experience, skills, education, geography, and budget considerations.

The Vendor Procurement & Carrier Strategy Manager is responsible for leading the sourcing, procurement, onboarding, performance management, and compliance oversight of third-party vendors and transportation carriers supporting Safeway Logistics and ECW operations. This role ensures the organization maintains a reliable, compliant, and cost-effective carrier and vendor network while mitigating operational, financial, legal, and regulatory risks.
The position plays a strategic role in capacity planning, carrier procurement strategy, cost management, and vendor compliance while partnering closely with Operations, Sales, Customer Solutions, Safety, Legal, and Finance teams to support scalable logistics solutions and customer growth.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Procurement & Management
- Lead the sourcing, evaluation, and selection of transportation, warehousing, and logistics-related vendors and carriers.
- Negotiate vendor and carrier contracts including pricing structures, service level agreements (SLAs), fuel programs, accessorial schedules, and renewal terms.
- Maintain a centralized vendor and carrier database including contracts, certifications, insurance documentation, compliance records, and performance data.
- Monitor vendor and carrier performance against KPIs and SLAs, addressing deficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
- Establish vendor and carrier scorecards to evaluate cost efficiency, service reliability, safety performance, on-time delivery, and claims ratios.

- Lead annual and quarterly RFP/RFQ bid events for major transportation lanes and customer programs.

Capacity Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Customer Solutions and Operations to match carriers with customer requirements including special handling, temperature-controlled shipments, high-value freight, and time-sensitive deliveries.
- Support Sales teams with carrier network insights during customer onboarding, pricing development, and logistics solution design.
- Lead weekly cross-functional reviews to evaluate capacity planning, carrier performance, and cost-to-serve analysis.

- Strategically promote Doceree’s ongoing marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and larger brand initiatives through organic and paid efforts.
Paid Social & Lead Generation:
- Plan, execute, and optimize boosted posts and paid campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and high-quality leads, especially on LinkedIn.
Performance Optimization:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversion rates, etc.), making data-backed recommendations to improve performance.
Audience Targeting & Ad Optimization:
- Leverage platform-specific targeting tools to reach the right HCP and pharma marketing audience for maximum impact.
Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with content, creative, and corporate communications teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual alignment across platforms.
Trend & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in B2B marketing to keep Doceree’s approach ahead of the curve.
Who you are
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on B2B brands.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn advertising, including lead-gen campaigns, audience segmentation, and analytics.
- Hands-on experience in boosting posts and running paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Ability to craft platform-specific strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, pharma, or technology marketing is a strong plus.

How You'll Contribute:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to transport goods to various destinations. The Driver will be responsible for ensuring the safety of the vehicle and payload, as well as adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and excellent communication skills. Additionally, this position is accountable for, properly documented execution of delivery requests, as well as the ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of other departments and warehouses.

What You'll Do:
- This position is required to deliver products and materials to job sites and between buildings.
- Ensure that outbound shipping requests are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with project specifications, as well as Diversified shipping and inventory control procedures. Confirm all documentation and data entry is complete and accurate before releasing the shipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse facility: breakdown boxes and control waste; store shipping pallets and other warehouse materials and equipment; follow procedures and inventory control processes; comply with safety policies.
- Unload and receive deliveries: process receipt and/or electronically log all incoming packages, based on disposition. Qualify equipment/materials and store according to warehouse layout and project specifications.
- Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies utilizing RF/ Scan

- Performs all computer functions necessary to track various aspects of goods.
- Unpacks, examines, and routes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages and shortages. Receives and processes all defective parts returned for replacement or credit.
- Weigh, and label outbound shipments, including small package and freight shipments. Recommend cost-effective shipping procedures to staff members. Call for couriers in response to staff requests and notify appropriate project teams when incoming courier correspondence is received.
- Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

Education & Certifications:
- High School Diploma/GED.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a delivery driver; box truck experience preferred.
- A valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- Possession of a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (Federal DOT MEC).
- Must be able to obtain clearance through the DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
- Ability to read, write and speak English, follow verbal instructions, and use simple math.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including arriving at warehouse at 5:00 AM for early delivery and the ability to take a late delivery 6:00 PM
- Ability to safely handle a 26' box truck in DC/NYC environments.
- Organizational skills applicable to loading & unloading trucks.
- Knowledge of how to strap/secure loads within a truck for transport.
- Ability to follow GPS driving instructions.
- Operate a liftgate.
- Ability to follow directions and adhere to schedules.
- Physical ability to load and unload goods, if applicable.
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously to customers and partners, both internal and external.
