About the Role:
The D&EM will play an important role in advancing WILL’s fundraising strategy and deepening donor engagement efforts. Working closely with and reporting directly to the President, the D&EM will support the execution of WILL’s annual fundraising plan to include development and implementation of events, and stewardship of current and prospective funders.
The D&EM can expect their work to include:
Development Strategy
- Partner with the President and Board of Directors to support the execution of WILL’s annual development and stewardship strategy
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of fundraising initiatives that advance annual revenue goals and support WILL’s programs and organizational growth
Fundraising & Friendraising Events
- Collaborate with the President to develop and implement the strategy, concepts, themes, and formats for the WILL Power Party (WPP), the organization’s signature fundraising event to engage donors, increase brand awareness, and grow revenue

- Plan and execute two to three smaller-scale donor engagement events annually to support fundraising goals and relationship-building efforts
Individual Donor Stewardship and Management
- Partner with WILL’s President to identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors
- Manage and develop existing donor initiatives and donor appeals and campaigns focused on acquiring new donors and strengthening relationships with existing donors
- Develop and manage a monthly donor program to expand recurring donor support and increase long-term donor engagement
Fundraising Operations and Gift Entry
- Develop and maintain regular progress-to-goal reports and development dashboard for the President and Board of Directors to track fundraising performance and revenue goals
- Ensure accurate and timely gift entry, revenue tracking, and documentation of all development activities
- Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all donor records and reports in WILL’s CRM
- Ensure timely acknowledgement of gifts, including donor thank-you communications and tax receipts, in accordance with nonprofit best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of nonprofit development experience
- 2+ years of experience with development CRM systems
- Demonstrable experience and success as a fundraising generalist, with hands-on experience with annual giving, special events, grants, and online giving campaigns
- Outstanding project management skills
- A high level of integrity and ability to manage and keep confidential sensitive information about donors, partners, and beneficiaries

This vital position plays a crucial role in supporting the Air and Marine Safety Action Program (AMSAP), a cornerstone of AMO's Safety Management System (SMS). AMSAP is a non-punitive, voluntary reporting program designed to enhance organizational safety by providing a channel for timely reporting of threats, unintentional errors, hazards, and unsafe conditions that might not be captured through traditional safety reporting.
The selectee will be instrumental in ensuring the effective execution, meticulous record-keeping, seamless coordination, and clear communication of reports received through this critical program, directly contributing to AMO's mission of safeguarding the nation through aviation and maritime law enforcement expertise.
In this role, the Management and Program Analyst will provide essential support to the AMSAP process, which includes ensuring that submitted reports meet acceptance criteria and conducting initial screenings for urgency. POSITION OVERVIEW

- Email inbox management including monitoring, prioritizing and flagging incoming emails, responding to routine emails when appropriate or drafting responses for executive review; tracking email follow-ups to ensure important conversations and requests do not fall through the cracks; organizing inbox folders and labels to keep communication streamlined.
- Plan and manage executive and team members’ travel, including flights, hotels, itineraries and logistics for conferences, client meetings and advocacy events.

- Oversee core office operations, including office vendor coordination, office supplies, mail and shipments, and general office organization.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 5 years supporting senior executives or working in an executive assistant, operations or administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage complex calendars, logistics, documents and competing priorities with precision.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to represent executives professionally and coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
- Proactive and anticipatory mindset, able to stay several steps ahead of leadership by identifying needs, solving problems independently and removing operational friction.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism, with experience handling confidential information and sensitive communications.

Overview
NRI Staffing is actively seeking experienced Administrative Professionals for multiple clients across the legal, medical, residential real estate, and professional services industries. We are looking for organized, detail-oriented individuals who can support busy teams, manage office operations, and ensure day-to-day administrative functions run smoothly.
These opportunities may include roles such as Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Legal Administrative Assistant, Medical Administrative Assistant, and Property Management Administrative Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, attorneys, physicians, property managers, or office leadership
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation
- Maintain filing systems, records, and databases
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting logistics when required
- Assist with office operations including supply management, vendor coordination, and internal communications
- Support billing, invoicing, or basic reporting functions depending on the industry
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Qualifications
- Bilingual Spanish required
- 2+ years of administrative, executive assistant, or office management experience preferred
- Experience in legal, medical, residential real estate, property management, or professional office environments is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional demeanor and strong customer service mindset
Work Environment
Positions may be onsite, hybrid, or remote, depending on the client and role. Most opportunities are located in the Washington, DC / DMV area.
