You will drive an aggressive, proactive contact strategy that yields positive sales growth with both new and existing customers through data and campaign-based outbound phone calls that focus on product education and solutions-based consultative selling. Uncovering new contacts and opportunities on every call enables the Sales Representative to discover the needs of our customers, building a robust sales pipeline that consistently exceeds sales goals. This position is responsible for ensuring full account package penetration and sales goal achievement, improving customer retention through direct selling efforts focused on crafting solutions to win our customers’ business.

Essential Job functions:

  • Conduct research on accounts to develop an understanding of the account’s business issues and other relevant information to plan for proactive calls
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers through call campaigns and proactive outreach
  • Follow established sales process to identify new and cross/upsell opportunities, develop sales solutions, negotiate pricing and close sales opportunities
