3rd shift: Monday - Friday / 10:00pm - 7:00am


Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and support warehouse associates during your shift, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Position Summary:

The Senior Thermal Systems Engineer will lead the design, analysis, and development of thermal systems for battery modules. This includes performing CAE, maturing current designs, developing new concepts, and supporting technology advancement to ensure robust, efficient thermal performance.


Key Responsibilities

Thermal System & Product Design

  • Lead the design and development of battery module thermal systems and associated components.
  • Conduct CAE simulations using tools such as FlowEFD, Ansys, or Star‑CCM+.
  • Mature ongoing thermal system designs to drawing release and final production.
  • Develop new thermal concepts and drive continuous improvements across the product lifecycle.


Project Ownership

  • Take extreme ownership of assigned components—from initial concept through design, manufacturing, validation, and production release.
  • Ensure high‑quality, reliable designs that meet performance and safety requirements.


Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner daily with the battery module and battery system engineering teams.
  • Support new technology development initiatives and integration efforts.


Required Qualifications

Job Summary

The Policy Service Manager leads a team focused on delivering exceptional service to policyholders and internal partners within our Company's largest call center. This role oversees daily operations, staff development, and process improvement to ensure efficient, accurate, professional, courteous and timely service.
