What You'll Do as a Residential Construction Superintendent:
- Lead day-to-day construction jobsite operations on assigned high-end residential projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, sequencing, and scheduling to keep projects moving efficiently.

Our Ideal Residential Construction Superintendent:
- Experienced: 5+ years of residential or commercial construction jobsite experience required. Background as a foreman, superintendent, or project manager preferred. At least 3 years of team leadership experience managing crews, subcontractors, and vendors. OSHA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain with company support).
- Strong Communicator: Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the Weaver team, communicating clearly and working through challenges to maintain strong working relationships.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator I to provide hands-on HR support for the CIS Division. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can champion HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain compliance while delivering exceptional service to employees and management. This is an in-office role requiring daily presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR and administrative support to the CIS Division, including delivering accurate information on HR programs and policies to employees and ensuring smooth operations across all HR functions.
- Lead and manage recruitment efforts for skilled trade positions, leveraging job boards such as Indeed and other platforms, as well as trade school outreach and job fair participation. Utilize ADP Recruiting to streamline candidate management and ensure an efficient hiring workflow. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
- Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating background checks and drug screenings, while ensuring strict compliance with company policies and all applicable state and federal regulations.
- Assist CIS Management with corrective actions, personnel notices, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support compliance documentation.
- Provide support on HR initiatives and projects as assigned. Warm handoff to other HR departments as necessary
- Inform appropriate HR staff of any matters that require intervention or action.

- Not receiving government or public assistance (including Medicaid, WIC, SNAP/Food Stamps, or state-funded health insurance)
- No history of pregnancy complications (including gestational diabetes, pre-eclampsia, or pre-term labor)
- No history of schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, or major depressive disorder
- Not currently taking medications unsafe for pregnancy (including certain mental health medications)
- Able to travel for medical screening, monitoring, and embryo transfer appointments
- Live a healthy lifestyle free of illicit or recreational drug use
- Have a stable home environment and strong support system

Compensation & Benefits
We recognize the commitment, time, and care involved in being a gestational carrier. Compensation includes:
Base Compensation
- $60,000 – $70,000(First-time carrier to experienced carrier)
Additional Benefits
- $250 monthly expense allowance
- $500 maternity clothing allowance
- $10,500 for multiple birth
- Up to $10,000 for loss of organs (per contract terms)
- Lost wages (carrier and spouse, if applicable — based on employment verification)
- Travel reimbursement
- $200 per week for housekeeping (if medically necessary)

- Collaborate with Process, Quality, Reliability engineering and senior management, based on operational data, analysis to support CI, sustain and promote process safety, equipment reliability, and optimize operational output.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical degree is a plus, higher education desired.
- Recent years of tenure as a hands-on senior leader as Plant Engineering Manager, or related roles within manufacturing industry, expose to high yield, fast speed automated manufacturing environment required.
- Hands-on leadership skill, ability to establish rapport and hold subordinates accountable, ability to restructure and develop a team.

Director of Facilities Management position qualifications:
- Must have at least five years experience in a healthcare setting, such as a skilled nursing facility, personal care/assisted living facility, or preferably, a Life Plan/Continuing Care Retirement Community.
- Must have at least five years experience in supervisory and management roles including leading, hiring, directing and performance of appraisals.
