BCC General Contractor is looking for a Project Manager who wants real ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

This role leads commercial projects and owns schedule, financial performance, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships.

Our work includes light industrial, medical, hospitality, and retail typically ranging from $1M–$10M.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading projects from preconstruction through final completion

• Developing and managing project schedules

• Owning project financial performance including budgets, forecasting, and cost control

• Managing subcontractor buyout, scopes, and contracts

• Processing owner and subcontractor pay applications

• Managing change orders and protecting project profitability

• Serving as the primary client contact throughout the project

• Coordinating closely with Superintendents and field teams

• Managing RFIs, submittals, documentation, and closeout

About the Role:

Our client is a top-tier electrical contractor known for delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across data centers, healthcare, commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments. The company self-performs a significant portion of its work, giving project teams greater control over schedule, quality, and field execution rather than relying solely on subcontract management.

With a strong field-first culture, leadership is highly engaged, projects are well-funded and properly staffed, and there is a strong emphasis on safety, training, and long-term career development. The company also invests heavily in technology, prefabrication, and pre-planning to ensure projects run efficiently and avoid unnecessary field challenges.

They are seeking a Traveling Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects. This role will oversee daily field execution, manage field leadership teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and electrical codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects
• Manage and mentor Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff
• Enforce site-specific safety programs and promote a zero-incident culture
• Coordinate manpower planning, material flow, equipment, and site logistics
• Drive short-interval planning, look-ahead schedules, and productivity tracking
• Oversee installation quality and ensure compliance with NEC and project specifications
• Coordinate with owners, general contractors, inspectors, and AHJs
• Review drawings, identify constructability challenges, and proactively resolve field conflicts
• Support commissioning, testing, punch-out, and closeout activities

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of electrical construction field leadership experience
• Proven experience leading electrical scopes exceeding $20M
• Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction means and methods
• Experience working with large self-perform electrical contractors
• Ability to lead large field crews on fast-track construction schedules
• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills

What You’ll Do

• Assist physicians during Cath Lab cases, monitor vital signs, and contribute to optimal procedural flow
• Participate in the on‑call rotation, supporting emergent cases when needed

Pay Range: $30.99 - $50.71 per hour

Position Purpose

The Respiratory Therapist shall be responsible for the administration of respiratory care offered by the Respiratory Care Department

What you will do

• ​Function clinically with a considerable amount of independent judgment regarding the delivery of quality patient care

• Serve as a technical resource person to the physicians and other health care workers, with regard to current practices in respiratory care

• Set up, operate and manage patient care on respiratory related equipment such as mechanical ventilators, NIPPV/CPAP, or High Flow Oxygen devices

• Manage patients on invasive mechanical ventilation modes (AC, PSV, PC, APRV, Bi-level)

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Respiratory Care, minimum of a two-year Associate's Degree

• Current State of CT Respiratory Care Practitioner License

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC). 

• Thorough knowledge of the procedures and patient care techniques involved in the delivery of respiratory care
